To be honest, I don't quite like this story. To begin with, there is no introduction. I don't even get the story since it's so confusing,it made the story very unlikable and I wanted to stop reading. There should be an intro of how did she get to be pregnant in the first place so it'll make rhe storyline clearer. Your book description is also very confusing, you should rewrite it to make it clearer.
Lastly, you should add punctuations and have paragraphs. If you lump everything together, the readers may find it very straining to read and will give up reading it.
