Chapter Two
Lucy took a deep breath as she arrived at the mansion. It was beautiful from the outside and she couldn't wait to explore the inside as well, the walls were painted a perfect white tone. The bushed were cut like little animals and the grass was a gorgeous emerald color. The fountain that was in the middle of the driveway was shaped like a dragon, which was peculiar to Lucy.
"Welcome to your new home my master." Loke announced. Two maids came outside with two butlers and grabbed the things from the limo. Lucy quickly grabbed her own bag before Virgo could grab it. The pink haired maid smiled lightly and took Haruka's bags quietly, ignoring Vanessa's stare. Her father had some the servants to come a week earlier with members of the gang to get the house set up for them when they arrived, it came in handy sadly Lucy's dog Plue had to go with them, so she was excited to see her dog.
"Look Juvia-chan, the house is finished." A voice whispered. Lucy turned to see a small blue haired girl holding two books, both girls were wearing the same uniform and had the same expression. Fascination. Neither of them noticed Lucy staring at the two.
"It is beautiful isn't it-"
"Well, it is made for a princess." Both girls turned to see Haruka grinning, lowering her glasses as if to look cool and like some kind of superstar, but in reality, she looked like an idiot. "My name is Haruka Lin Heartfillia." She smiled wider.
"Oh umm, Chotto?" The smaller girl greeted nervously. "My name is Levy Mcgarden and this is Juvia Lockser." She answered softly. Then Lucy noticed the book the girl was holding and walked over.
"So do you know any cute-"
"Is that Midnight Moon?" Lucy asked politely, Haruka glared at the blonde and Lucy simply ignored it. The blue haired girl smiled and nodded immediately.
"Yes. Have you read it?!" She asked. Lucy nodded back excitedly. Haruka rolled her eyes and walked away.
"Yes, I've read it so many times. It's an amazing book, Jacob is soo dreamy." She commented while holding her heart.
"Isn't he? I wish I had someone like him-"
"How about Gajeel Levy-san?" The other girl asked with a Cheshire grin, getting closer to the small girl. Levy blushed rapidly and shook her head rapidly.
"He's too much of a bad boy for my taste, he's nothing like the sweet prince Jacob."
"But wasn't Jacob a bad boy before a prince." Lucy commented. Juvia laughed lightly and held out a hand.
"Juvia would like to introduce herself." She commented referring to herself. Lucy was about to speak when Levy shook her head with a sigh.
"Juvi you did it again." Juvia grabbed her face and turned around in shame. "I'm sorry Juvia has a weird quirk with referring to herself in third person." Levy apologized.
"It's fine, but you shouldn't be apologizing." Levy and Juvia looked at the blonde haired girl with curiosity. "All our weird quirks make up who we are, we should be grateful to stand out from others," Lucy answered truthfully. Juvia and Levy grinned and hugged the blonde haired girl tightly.
"You're my new best friend." She pulled away gently and smiled. "What's your name?" Lucy smiled back and held out a hand.
"Lucy. Lucy Heartfillia." Levy shook her hand.
"Well, Lu-chan this is the start of a beautiful friendship."
This is actually how I met some of my best friends at school, through a book lol cx
