Chapter Seven
Lucy followed Juvia into the cafeteria, her mind was swirling with thoughts and she felt nervous. It was loud and packed, everyone was in their own little world and she wondered how the students could be considered delinquents. They were all calm and talking amongst themselves, not bothering anyone. Yet when they arrived at their destination, Lucy realized who were the true delinquents inside the school.
"Oi flamebrain I can't believe you actually took my fu-"
"Language ice princess, your water bender is here." Natsu interrupted him, a sly smile on his face. Lucy looked at the boys, she didn't think Gray would have this much tolerance for the stupid pink haired boy.
"Juvia doesn't think this is going to end up good." The blue haired girl sighed. Obviously, Juvia knew what was going to happen, but Lucy was at a loss for words. Before the two could collide, a pair of hands separated the two. Lucy noticed a red-haired, the same one from her first period. The girl shook her head and glared at the two, the boys looked away from each other.
"He started it." They stated simultaneously. The red-haired girl pulled away from them and sat down at the table taking out a piece of strawberry cake.
"I better not see this again you two." With that, she shoved her spoon into her mouth. Lucy blinked and shook her head. The red-haired girl then noticed Juvia and Lucy because she stood up from her seat and set her cake down. She held out a hand. "You must be the new student Lucy, I'm Erza." Lucy smiled shyly and shook her hand.
Natsu had a look of disbelief on his face and looked at the two.
"Nice meeting you Erza." Lucy smiled. Gray smirked at Natsu and held out a hand to the blonde haired girl.
"I'm Gray nice to meet you, Lucy." Lucy shook his hand and smiled back.
"Love rival here helped Ju-" Juvia stopped and Lucy nodded her head with a reassuring smile. "She helped me in the bathroom." Juvia finished with a grateful smile. Gray smiled at the blue-haired girl and led her to the table. Lucy smiled at the two and then noticed Natsu looking at her with a weird look.
"Going to stand there like an idiot flame brain?" Gray asked the pink haired boy. "Maybe Lucy should slap some sense in you, would you do it, Lucy?" Gray asked her as she sat down beside Juvia. Lucy merely shook her head.
"It'll be animal abuse." Erza, Gray, and Juvia laughed, while Natsu mumbled something and sat down in front of Gray.
"Hey, guys." They turned to see Levy and a tall boy with red eyes. "Oh, Lu-chan you met the gang." She exclaimed happily sitting beside her. She then nudged the boy beside her.
"I'm Gajeel, you must be my shrimp's new nerd-" Levy elbowed him and he cleared his throat. "I mean her new friend." He forced a smile and Lucy laughed.
"Nice to meet you." The table was soon eating and then Lucy felt her phone vibrate in her pocket. She looked down to see a message. It was the group chat of the members she was close to when she went on patrol.
Loke : School is not safe at the moment.
TheHairCutter : Lucy make sure your hair is good
TheWaterMermaid : Brat, watch yourself and dad says to stay there, he's on his way
Lucy shook her head and heard the intercom turn on. Everyone stopped and listened carefully.
"We are on lockdown, please go into your classes, there is a strange man in the front of the school. DO NOT STEP OUTSIDE." With that, the students all complained as they were being forced to step out of the cafeteria. Lucy stood up and noticed that Natsu did the same thing. As did Gray and Erza. Gajeel grumbled and followed the other three. They walked into the sea of students not saying anything.
Lucy felt her phone vibrate and she unlocked her phone to see that her dad messaged her.
Dad : Don't do anything stupid
Lucy simply shoved her phone into her pocket.
"I told you the same thing when you met that witch of yours." With that, she walked into the sea of students too.

Lucy made many enemies in America, perhaps it was because she had a huge mouth. Though whatever the reason was, she had many enemies. Even though they just moved in, she had made enemies because of who she was. Jude Heartfillia's daughter, the cold princess. The one who killed many men and women from rival gangs. Lucy's mother was the same way as Lucy is, though her mother was murdered.
Lucy walked up to the entrance of the school, the teachers were preoccupied with the students to care about the entrance. Truly a stupid thing, everyone knows that the entrance must be blocked off. Then again, the school board is stupid. Lucy stepped outside to see a man and two other men in suits. They were just sitting underneath the tree watching the entrance. Lucy recognized the symbol on their suit. The Lions. Loke had been in their gang - but that was for undercover reasons.
Lucy smiled at them and walked down the steps.
"Hello boys, long time no see." A click of a gun echoed in the yard and Lucy felt a cold chill.
