"I'm serious."
"Ok?" I said as I concluded my laughter.
He had the straightest face I have ever seen. It was kinda funny but at the same time it wasn't.
"I'm calling up one of my girls that work at the strip club. She'll give you some info on it. Unless you wanna sell with us and not a scary bitch." He took his phone out.
"I'm tired of your insults. Shit, I can sell and give a guy a boner at the club, the fuck?" I rolled my eyes.
"Eheheheheheheheh!" Denzel laughed and chewed on a Caprisun straw that came out of nowhere.
"Hmph!" He put the phone to his ear and started talking. "Sup...I got a new girl for ya...naw it ain't that hoe...come through...yeah...aite peace."
"So?"
"She said she'll be here in under ten minutes."
I shook my head. What. Am I. Getting myself into!?

"Don't end up going home with one of the dudes. Don't kiss 'em, don't feel on they nasty ass dicks and don't do no hoe shit. We coo?" Destiny, the stripper girl asked.
"Yeah. Got it." I said nonchalantly.
"Aite." Denzel said. "Can she sell at the same time?"
"Sell wha- oh! Yeah! She needs to be careful though." She put her hands in my hair. I kept moving away but they'd end up right back in there.
"Nice." Rocky said.
"You'd be the one to say some shit like that." I said though clenched teeth. He lightly elbowed me and pulled out a bong.
Rocky lit the weed in the bowl and inhaled the smoke and passed it to me.
"That's what the hell I thought!" I said as I snatched the bong and did it my damn self.
"Thought you ain't smoke." Denzel said.
"I do now. You only live once though, right? So fuck it." I exhaled the smoke from the bong and coughed a little.
"Well anyway! I'm out, be there tomorrow." She got up and left.
We spent the rest of the night getting high and just talking about stupid shit.
Rakim is a bad influence but this nigga is not letting me out of his sight. I really wanna go back to New York and get my life back on track.
He wants me to do all this shit and forget where I came from. I promised myself and my family that I'll never go down the wrong path, but here I am! About to become a stripper and a street pharmacist.
I've realized that ain't nothing wrong with being a good kid. The people that get in trouble and want you to get in trouble with them won't get you anywhere and I'm learning this the hard way.
If only I separated myself from Rocky when he killed that guy on the street. If only I cleared my laptops history...
