"Toni! Stop messing up the bed! It doesn't fix itself you know?!"
I groaned and kicked the covers off the bed and messed up the sheets.
"Go to the living room." He pointed to the door.
"No nigga." I hit him with a pillow.
"BITCH STOP! YOU PLAYING TOO DAMN MUCH!"
"Bitch. You a bitch." I rolled and fell off the bed.
"That's what the fuck you get. Stay there." He said.
"Hoe!" I crossed my arms and laid on the floor.
He rolled his eyes and put me back on the bed. "Don't mess up the sheets!"
I pouted and groaned. "I'm hungry."
"Didn't you just eat-"
"Them little sticks of water ain't do shit for me. I want some Chinese food."
"You gonna eat whatever's in the fuckin' fridge. I'm not going back outside."
"You don't have too. There's something called ordering." I sassed.
"No. You eating what's in the fridge." He got up and went to the kitchen.
Getting on his nerves in fun. He came back with spaghetti in a bowl and iced tea.
"Here."
"Thank you." I took the food and ate it. While I was eating he was starring at me. I pretended like I didn't see him. It's making me a bit uncomfortable but I'm just ignoring it.
"You're beautiful." He said.
I looked up at him. "What?"
"You are beautiful, Toni."
"Oh..." I said awkwardly.
"What're you thinking about?" He asked.
"Whatever you're thinking about." I replied.
"Tell me something..."
"I love you."
He looked deep into my eyes. "Do you? Or are you just saying it."
"At first I was just saying it..." I looked away. "I think I mean it now."
"Why?"
"Why what?"
"Why do you love me?" He asked.
"You're contagious." I chuckled.
"Yeah?"
"It's why I haven't killed you."
"What?!"
I laughed. "Nothing. I killed ya boy back there though."
"I know." He said.
"Why didn't you do anything?"
"I don't know."

We spent the day watching movies and just chilling. My illness was starting to go away and we were smiling and laughing a lot more.
I've never seen Rakim like this. So caring and down to earth. He's extremely funny. Like, yeah he's funny but I never knew he was this funny."You a fool!" I hollered.
"I'm for real though!" Rakim said.
"STOP TALKING!" I was dying laughing.
We were done for a good fifteen minutes.
"I haven't laughed that hard in a while." I said as I concluded my laughter.
"Word." He scratched his head.
A silence fell between us.
