35. Bambam (May 2)

"Eotteokhae?" You mess up your hair remembering that it's already your boyfriend's birthday; Bambam's birthday.

It's been three days since you two haven't talked or contacted each other because of a misunderstanding and you still don't know how to surprise him regarding that he still might be mad at you and he thinks that you're still mad at him.

You call up one of his best friends, Jackson. You ask him for advice on how to make up with Bambam.

"Let's see, well you were the one who said that the shirt didn't suit him." He chuckles after.

"Oh come on, Jackson, we all know he always gets offended when people insult him and his fashion skills."

"Shut up! Oh sorry... Well, you already knew that and yet you still said that it didn't suit him."

"So it's really my fault, huh?" You sigh.

"Yeah... anyway, about the surprise, what do you have in mind?"

"I don't know what to do! I don't even know what I'll give him!"

"Okay, okay, relax. I'll ask the boys about it. Don't worry, we'll help you two make up." The call ends and you plop down again to your bed, still worried.

Jackson's POV

"She's calling! What do I say?" I panic as I try to balance myself from my seat.

"Why is she calling you?" Bambam asks trying to get my phone while I raise my hand up to prevent him from getting it.

"I don't know, Bam! Now, should I answer it?"

I ask the guys and they say that I should answer it. JB even suggested to put it on loudspeaker.

"Let's see, well you were the one who said that the shirt didn't suit him."

"Oh come on, Jackson, we all know he always gets offended when people insult him and his fashion skills."

"What?!" Bambam shouts and then Mark covers his mouth.

"Shut up! Oh sorry... Well, you already knew that and yet you still said that it didn't suit him."

"So it's really my fault, huh?" Everyone becomes silent and listens to the conversation.

"Yeah... anyway, about the surprise, what do you have in mind?"

"I don't know what to do! I don't even know what I'll give him!"

"Okay, okay, relax. I'll ask the boys about it. Don't worry, we'll help you two make up."

I end the call and the silent breaks with Bambam's whining.

"I told you it was her fault!" He shouts.

"At least she was honest, hyung. I mean the shirt though..." Yugyeom trails off as Bambam glares at him.

"Calm down, Bambam. It's just a shirt." Junior rubs his back like a mother.

"So what do we do now?" Youngjae asks.

"Wait, today's also her-"

"I got it!"

You've been wandering around the Seoul streets for almost an hour right now, yet you still don't know what to give Bambam for his birthday.

Suddenly, your phone beeps and you see a text message from Jackson.

From: Jackson
Go to the dorm right now!

You immediately hail a cab and you make your way to their dorm.

You ring their doorbell twice until the door opens and you see the maknae.

"Noona! You came!" He hugs you and you hug him back like a giant teddy bear. "Yugyeom!"

He lets you in and you see there are birthday balloons and decorations all over the place, yet you don't see anyone.

"Where's everybo-" You turn around to see that Yugyeom is no longer behind you. "Yugyeom-ah?"

Just then, a music plays and it's one of their songs.

"Guys? Jackson? Bam-"

"Happy birthday!"

You turn around in shock to see the seven friends in animal costumes.

They sing the happy birthday song to you and then right after, Bambam comes out with a cake on his hands.

"Bammie? But it's your- wait... don't tell me..."

"Wow! My girlfriend must really care for me since she remembers my birthday than her own." Bambam exclaims while the other guys chuckle at the back.

He was right, you did forget your birthday and coincidentally, it's also on the same day as his.

"Now, shall we blow the candle together?" He smiles.

The two of you close your eyes to wish then blow the candle together.

"Wait! I didn't get it!" Jackson shouts as he holds a camera.

"Then get this!"

Bambam gives the cake to Yugyeom then goes back to you and kisses you. The guys cheer while Jackson pretends to be a professional photographer taking a picture of the two of you.

"Thank you, Bambam. Sorry too, I take back what I said about the shirt."

"Nah, I already got over it. You were right, I looked like an old fisherman with it."

The both of you laugh and the party starts with all of you dancing to their song.
