Chapter 17

You woke to the sound of loud cursing and the sound of a fire extinguisher. You smell the air and it is heavy with smoke. You sat up and ran downstairs to see bill using two fire extinguishers until they were empty, he then started waving a towel around trying to get rid of the smoke. He was laughing like crazy and cursing.

"Oh man!!! HAHAHAHA!!! I'm burning down the kitchen!!" you start to yell.

"Bill!!!! What did you do!!!"

"I was trying to butter some toast and the knife caught fire!! Ahahahahahaha!!"

"BILL!! HOW DOES THAT EVEN HAPPEN!!"

"I don't know... BUT IT WAS HILARIOUS!!!!!"

You look around at all of the fire extinguisher fluff and let out a small chuckle.

"How do you even catch fire to a KNIFE when BUTTERING BREAD!! That's what I'm wondering..."

Bill shrugs and cleans up his mess and reveals a melted butter knife.

"I think I need a new knife, hehe!"

You show Bill how to butter bread WITHOUT the knife catching fire and he understood. You decided to go for a walk through the woods again and didn't come back for a few hours, but that was ok.

(During the Walk)

You were walking through the forest and found a beautiful pond. It was filled with a few fish and then you saw a huge fish tail, you looked closely and something jumped up and pulled you in. You came up for air and looked to find yourself face to face with a......mermaid? You were surprised and smiled at her. She smiled back and swam with you, you were enjoying yourself until she grabbed your wrist and pulled you under, she swam all the way to the bottom still holding hard onto your wrist and you were running out of breath. She saw this and put her hands to your cheeks and took them away. You didn't feel different. You were running out of breath and instinctively took a deep breath, you prepared yourself to drown but instead, nothing happened, you could breath underwater. The mermaid took your hand again and pointed down to  little cave and made a worried face. You decided to see what was wrong. You swam into the cave and found a man dressed in a blue tux. He kind of looked like Bill but had blue hair and wore blue instead of yellow. He seemed as if he was crying to you swam up to him and tapped his shoulder. He turned around and "jumped" and tried to swim away but was met with cave walls. He curled up in a ball and covered his head with his hands. He seemed afraid of you and wouldn't look at you. You became irritated and tapped his shoulder again and he tensed up. He looked at you and you smiled slightly and grabbed his hand, leading him out of the cave and onto the shore, man that was a deep lake. You both sat on the shore and he was crying. You started to talk to him.

"Hey, my name's (y/n). Are you ok?"

"I-I'm W-Will c-cipher.... I-I'm fine... j-just scared is a-all...."

"I know someone named Bill Cipher, do you know him?"

"Y-Yeah- he scare e sometimes......he's.......he's my brother..."

"REALLY!!! I DIN"T KNOW HE HAD A BROTHER!!! THAT'S SO COOL!!!

Your yelling must have startled him because he yelped and started to cry, you comforted him and you both started to walk to the shack. You didn't know how he would react to see everyone. You just hoped he would feel welcome and happy.
