Some Sunny Day (Bill x Reader)

Chapter 21

After thinking for a while you decided to join the others back downstairs. You were still curious as to what they were hiding, so you snuck down the stairs and peeked around the corner into the kitchen so they wouldn't see you but you could see them. Ford is saying something about being able to get rid of something and Bill was explaining what might work. You see black fur between them and a long black tail with a little blue tuft on the end. You suddenly realized what it was. You couldn't hold back anymore. You slowly walked closer and say the face of the creature from your dreams. It's eyes are closed and it is still. It is still the size of a kitten. You hold back tears and you hear ford saying that he can simply try to kill it like any other monster, with violence. A tear slipped down your cheek and you started running towards them yelling.

"WHAT ARE TOU DOING!!!! L-LEAVE HER ALONE!!!"

Everyone jumped and you pushed ford out of the way. You quickly grabbed the little creature and hugged it close to your chest. You cried and ford grabbed your arm. He was trying to reason with you and pry the creature out of your grasp but you didn't listen. You were mad, and couldn't hold back. You suddenly slugged Ford in the jaw and he fell to the ground in shock. He rubs his jaw and looks at you seriously. He jumps at you to grab the creature and so does everyone else. You dodge them and run out the door, holding the creature tight in your arms as if it was your life. You didn't want to let go and you kept running, they yelled for you but you didn't stop, you didn't listen, you kept running and didn't turn back. You didn't want to. You wanted to disappear forever and not have to worry about anything. You kept running until you found a small opening in the side of a mountain. You slid the creature in first and then crawled in as well. You stood up and it was actually pretty roomy. You felt around and touched what must have been the wall, but a crystal lit up next to you. Soon they all lit up and the cave was glowing just like before. You smiled and snuggles up the the creature and slowly fell asleep. You heard the Pines and Bill calling for you but you didn't pay attention. You fell asleep in the dimming light of the crystals in the cave. The cave was pretty warm for a cave and you slept well that night. You had wonderful dreams of having a careless life and enjoying yourself without problems.
