Some Sunny Day (Bill x Reader)

Chapter 20

When you woke up you were in a cold sweat. You had a headache and you felt something cold on your forehead. It was a wet towel. You were in bed and it was surrounded with food. You were confused, until Dipper came running in.

Your POV
Dipper came running in and had a worried expression on his face he saw me and became even more worried but was surprised.

"OH MY GOSH (Y/N)!!! YOUR AWAKE!!!" He starts yelling over his shoulder. "GUYS (Y/N)'S AWAKE!!! CONE QUICK!!!"

Everyone came running up to me and sat next to my bed. I looked at the time, it was only 8:30 am... Why are they so worried that I am awake on a normal time? They answered your question immediately. Mabel started yelling everything.

"OMG (Y/N)!!! YOU'RE FINALLY AWAKE!!!! ARE YOU FEELING OK!?!?! ARE YOU HUNGRY!?!?"

I was so confused that I couldn't speak. I looked at them and Bill pushed through and read my mind. Literally.

"You have been asleep for over 3 days and have been in a cold sweat the whole time. I could see bits of your dream. What happened?? (Y/n), I think you are in grave danger. What creature was in your dream? I need to know, it's dangerous, I don't want it hurting you."

I kept my mouth shut, I had a feeling that I shouldn't tell, maybe that creature is able to control how long I sleep as well maybe. But I don't think that it is dangerous. It seemed so at first, but then it showed itself and everything in my dream lit up and I was happy, and content with everything. That creature has helped me. I hope I see it again.

Narrators POV
You looked at Bill and explained that you don't remember most of the dream. You said that in the dream you were snuggling with a cat and that was it. You stood up and everyone yelled at you to be careful. You didn't listen and just got up and strolled out of the room as if nothing ever happened. You made a quick breakfast and ate it. Everyone was watching you carefully.

"WHAT?"

"N-nothing" everyone replied.

"Then stop watching everything I do. It's WIERD"

"O-ok but if something goes wrong just call us.."

You ignored them and walked outside. You didn't care for what they had to say. They were all worriers. You walked out into the forest and stopped at a pond. You say down on a rock they was on the edge that overlooked the pond. The sun was high above. The light refracting off the water, causing a beautiful glimmer on top o the water. You say there takin in the beauty of the trees around it and the glimmer of light off the water, it was breathtaking. You stayed there for a few hours. The wind blowing through your hair slightly causing it to wave gently. You watched a family of ducks swim in the pond and watched the birds flying over head. It was all so peaceful. You watched with a smile on your face. It was too much to take, it was so beautiful. You wanted to stay there forever. You yawed and sat in front of the rock. You leaned against it and drifted off into a peaceful sleep as you listened to the birds singing and the wind blowing your hair. You opened your eyes and you were in the same dark place as before. You looked around and you weren't as scared. The creature from before appeared in front of you from the shadows. Still the size of a cat, it rubbed itself on you and purred. The room lit up and you could see where you were. It looked like a medium sized cave. It had a super small opening that was the entrance. The room was lit up with big, beautiful gems. They were many different colors and they glimmered when you looked at them. You went to touch one and when you got close it lit up brighter. It was lighting up green and was a green gem. The others did the same depending on their color. It was like looking up at the sky at night. You smiled at the thought and sat down next to the creature. You woke up where you were before, the pond. You looked at your phone. Good, it's still the same day. A few hours passed though and the sun was setting behind the pond. You watched it go down and smiled as it disappeared. You got up and walked back to the shack. When you got there everyone was in the kitchen and looked at you. They all said hi awkwardly and stood in front of the table smiling.

"What are you guys hiding from me?"

"Oh nothing....." Sweat was accumulating on their foreheads. You tried to look past them but all you saw was a bit of fur.

"What furry thing are you hiding?"

"WHAT!?!? I mean.......... Nothing, just a.... Uh..... Moldy bread."

"Yeah, moldy to the point where it is black..." You walked out of the room and went upstairs. You thought of the creature and smiled at the thought of it. You couldn't sleep last night. You were thinking too much and decided to stay up reading. It didn't work, so you stopped reading and lay there looking at the ceiling in wonder.
