The Half-Blood Alpha

Chapter 12

I was eating toast when my phone started ringing. I grabbed it and answered.

"Who is this?" I asked.

"It's me!" Mike answered. "Get over here now!"

"Where's here?"

"Axel's house,"

"You sound excited," I told him.

"Axel is Alpha!"

"What? How'd he manage that?"

I was excited, so was my wolf.

"I have no idea and honestly I don't care," Mike answered. "Either way you're the packs Luna now,"

I sat up. "Oh yeah,"

"Either way Hanna there's going to be a party and you HAVE to be there," Mike responded.

"Who are you talking to?" My Mother asked.

"I'm talking to Mike," I answered. I smiled at her. "I'm now a Luna,"

Before she could respond I raced out of the house. Axel was standing out the front grinning and I jumped into his arms pressing my lips on his. I heard cheering suddenly. I turned around to see Jack acting like a little kid.

"He's excited because his Beta," Axel explained.

"Now I don't have to deal with Ed!" Jack shouted back.

"Who's Ed?" I asked.

"Well if Riley was Alpha Ed would've been his beta," Axel responded.

"You're really Alpha," I smiled at Axel.

I heard clapping and turned around to see Storm. My eyes widened.

"What the hell?" Axel growled.

"You might wanna get better guards if you're gonna let me out to shift," Storm told him. "You guys aren't that strong,"

Axel stepped forward and faced her. He looked very angry.

"What did you do to them?" He growled.

Storm rolled her eyes not fazed. "Go find out yourself. They aren't far away,"

Axel clearly hated her. He gritted his teeth.

"What did you do to them," he repeated this time using his Alpha tone.

Storm tensed and her eyes darkened. She looked ready to go wolf.

"I don't take orders from an Alpha," she snapped.

Two guys ran over puffing.

"Sorry Alpha!" They cried. "She got away from us,"

Axel nodded at them. "Just take her back,"

One of them put a hand on Storm's shoulder. Her eyes went darker.

"Don't touch me," she growled.

It did not sound like her voice. I realised it was her wolf. I was shocked that that was even possible. Storm turned around, shifted and attacked them. Her wolf was jet black with a splash of white on her muzzle. She was bigger then any of the she-wolves I'd seen in this pack. The two guards shifted too but Storm was acting them savagely. Axel shifted knocking her away. Storm faced him and they were on each other. I could not believe what I was seeing.

She's crazy! I said to Jack in our mind link.

Jack nodded. Storm was certainly holding her own against him, and she was acting a lot more animalistic then him. I realised her wolf had taken over. Axel through her off suddenly. He must have said something to Jack in their mind link. Jack grabbed my arm and dragged me into Axel's house.

"He'll deal with it," Jack reassured me.

I nodded.
