The Half-Blood Alpha

Chapter 5

How don't know how long it took but when I woke up I was a wolf. My fur was pale grey and my eyes the same colour as they were when I was a human. Axel was watching me.

"You didn't tell us you were a wolf," he said breaking the silence. "You knew we were wolves didn't you?"

I nodded at him. Deirdre, Mike and Jack were standing around.

"They barged in," my Mum explained. "And stayed here. You've been shifting for three days,"

I couldn't respond, I couldn't talk. I didn't know how to shift back. Axel shooed the others and they left the room taking my protesting Mother with them.

"Shift back," Axel told me. "Then we can chat,"

I blinked at him. I had no idea how.

"Think about you reshaping to be a human," he told me.

I nodded. I walked into my wardrobe shutting the door and doing as Axel told me. And I did shift back. It was so weird. I got dressed into denim shorts and a blue T-shirt then stepped out.

"So you're a wolf," he said.

"Yeah," I answered.

"Kinda smaller then most she-wolves," he smirked at me.

Something inside my felt annoyed at his comment and I realised it was my wolf. It was strange her being there. For some reason though she was going crazy being in the same room as Axel.

"What's your point?" I asked.

Axel grinned at me. "You're a wolf. I should of known, I barely interact with humans,"

I blinked suddenly. "Are you an Alpha's son?"

"You got that right," Axel responded.

"Is that why you two hate each other?" I asked. "Do you two have to compete for the Alpha title?"

"Something like that," Axel answered.

My wolf was seriously getting on my nerves. She was going insane. Seriously insane.

"Whats with the angry face?" Axel asked.

"What?" I asked.

"You look like you want to punch someone," Axel answered.

"My wolf is annoying me," I answered.

Axel smirked. "Wanna know why?"

Before I could respond Jack, Mike and Deirdre burst into the room.

"Hanna you and us are going to practice shifting as of tomorrow," Jack decided.

Mike flexed his muscles. "We are gonna train you,"

Deirdre cracked a smile. I'd never seen him do that. He'd always been cranky at me. I couldn't help but grin at all of them.
