Chapter 26

We walked down to the cell where Riley was. He looked beyond furious. He was pacing the cell cursing Will and Storm.

"What the hell do you want!" He snarled at us.

"You need to calm down," Axel told him. "We are going to get Ellie back,"

"I want those two dead!" Riley growled. "Those two cowards ran away! I'll kill them both!"

"I'll call Storm," I suggested. "And see what's going on,"

Axel nodded. I grabbed my phone from my pocket and dialled Storm's number. She picked up almost immediately.

"Hi Hanna," she said. "What's up,"

"Where are you?" I asked. "You have to come back!"

"No can do," Storm responded. "Alphas orders,"

"What?" I asked. "Your Dad said that?"

"No," Storm replied. "I said Alphas orders not Dad's orders,"

I couldn't stop myself from rolling my eyes.

"You went back to Sky Wind to make Will Alpha," I said.

"Pretty much," Storm responded. "You can thank me later,"

"Why?"

"Well there could be a group of Sky Wind wolves going to Ice Peak to rescue that pups mate as we speak," Storm answered.

"Thank you," I smiled.

"That's right," I imagined Storm was smirking. "Ice Peak doesn't even know that Will is Sky Wind's new Alpha. They just think that my Dad is going over to talk to them or something,"

"Call me if anything happens,"

"Will do Hanna,"

I hung up.

"Well?" Riley snapped.

"Storm and Will went back to Sky Wind which Will is now Alpha of. They've sent a group of wolves to Ice Peak to rescue your mate," I answered.

Riley was quiet. Axel nodded.

"Now we wait," Axel sighed. "Let's go Hanna,"

He led me back to our house and sat down. I sat beside him.

"So we just wait?" I asked.

"Yeah," Axel answered. "Unless they call in need of help we wait,"

"You look troubled,"

"I'm just wondering how Derek got Lachlan to help him," Axel admitted.

"Who's Lachlan?" I asked.

"Lachlan is the Alpha of Ice Peak," Axel explained. "He hates Derek more then anything else,"

"That is weird," I agreed.
