FEBRUARY 5, 1981

Another fist was aimed at Ryan, causing him to fall to his side with a groan.

It had been the same for those six days he had been with Ronnie; bloody. Ryan was refusing to give in, so that lead to several hours of beating.

"Where is he, Sitkowksi? I want an answer!" Ronnie yelled before throwing another hit in, followed by a kick.

"Fuck you." Ryan spat, his eyes slits as he stared up at Ronnie.

Growling, Ronnie moved to Ryan, harshly grabbing his jaw, "Kuza belongs here. Not out there. And I know you've seen him! I have friends around. Then again," Ronnie smirked, his eyes dark, "So did Sky. You've got no one. May as well join him in-"

"Shut up." Ryan growled, grunting when another fist collided with his jaw.

"Where is he?" Ronnie asked, his face inches from Ryan's, "All you have to do is tell me."

Ryan looked up at Ronnie.

He would never betray his friends or family. Why would he now? At the hands of death, he was still questioning his existence. He knew that Kuza was more important than him. Why would Ryan turn him in? Ryan's next decision led to more blood than what was necessary.

FEBRUARY 9, 1981

Ryan's body was slouched against the wall, his eyes fighting to stay open as the beatings started to take its action on him.

He had still refused to give in to Ronnie and had suffered everything thrown at him.

Ronnie had no mercy, Ryan knew that. So, there was no point in begging for his life because he was never a beggar. He wasn't going to start then. Especially to Ronnie Radke. His only choice was to take everything thrown at him, because backing down sure as hell wasn't one.

FEBRUARY 16, 1981

"Sitkowksi," Ronnie snapped, his eyes red, "This is your last chance before we go to extreme measures."

Ryan turned his head to the side and spat his blood out, "Guess you'll have to go to those extreme measures."

Ronnie, pissed like no other, took a step back to inspect Ryan.

He was more than surprised that Ryan had actually lasted that long. Then again, he was a vampire so half of the time Ronnie's beatings had nothing on him. But, because Ronnie was still a demon, the hits he gave to Ryan did burn his skin. Ronnie's next... activity... won't exactly burn Ryan's skin. Metaphorically, maybe. But, in many ways, he won't feel a thing.

Ronnie stepped back forward, harshly gripping Ryan's jaw in his hands as he sucked in a deep breath, smirking when Ryan's chest rose and fell as he tried to breathe.

As Ronnie closed his mouth, Ryan fell to the floor, a hand clasping at his chest as his breathing became violent.

Ryan let out a few coughs before finally catching his breath, looking up at Ronnie with confused eyes.

"Give it a few minutes." Ronnie smirked wider, watching as Ryan's eyes filled with worry.

This wasn't how he wanted to go down. Not like this. Ronnie now had just about every bit of his soul. There was nothing Ryan could do about it.

"G-Give it back." He choked out, his body growing heavy.

"Where's Mike?" Ronnie asked, waiting a few seconds for an answer.

After getting nothing out of Ryan, he left the room.

Ryan rolled onto his back, staring up at the ceiling that slowly became blurry.

He was left alone in the room, his soul slowly eating itself and digesting into nothing. At that point, Ryan knew why Ronnie had did what he did. It wasn't just punishment, it was so he had a new soldier. Ryan, unfortunately, already had his ticket for that, there was no turning back.

Ryan couldn't even breathe out his last words as a normal vampire before he was covered with a blanket of black, no struggle made whatsoever.

SEPTEMBER 28, 2013

The group of demon soldiers ran at Angelo and the others, their growls audible from miles away.

Each raised their weapon of choice, all of them being coated in either holy water, sage, or salt, and waited for the demons to run the small distance before attacking them.

Angelo took the lead, taking out the first two and moving to the back of the demons so he had his eyes on all of them whilst Chris stayed back, killing any demon that got too close to the group.

Lynn and Vinny found themselves cornered by five demons, taking a good look at them before quickly attacking, making sure each of them weren't in reach through each kill.

Brian and Alex stayed close to each other, taking out demons with their salt covered blades.

Once each and every one of them was taken care of, everyone let out a breath, each taking a look around as the demons evaporated, leaving what should've been a peaceful area alone.

Lynn let out a sharp gasp as a pain emerged in her side, causing everyone to worry and make their way to her.

She lifted her shirt up, revealing a hand mark— a burnt hand mark.

"One of the demons must've gotten her." Chris whispered, his gaze falling.

"We need to help her." Vinny mumbled, then raised her voice, "We need to go into town. There could be people in there with medicine."

"And what happens when they look for her files and find nothing? Then they'll look on their computers. What then?"

Alex stepped towards Lynn, wrapping an arm around her waist and guiding one of hers over his shoulder, "You guys can argue about this all you want, I'm taking her for help."

Angelo sighed.

He didn't want to risk being seen in town, but it was the best chance at helping Lynn they had. He couldn't turn it down. Especially if her life was on the line. They wasn't one thing he wouldn't do for his family. And she, for hundreds of years, had been his family. The same can be said for Alex, Brian and Vinny. Angelo hated seeing anyone in pain. And seeing Lynn like this had started to put weight on his shoulders.

He moved to the other side of Lynn, doing the same Alex had before walking towards town, Brian, Chris and Vinny closely behind.

Lynn was like a mom but a sister at the same time. She could be bossy, but also very friendly. They all needed someone like her around to keep them up.

As she took a deep breath, she raised her head, turning to Angelo, "Someone's following us."

Angelo frowned and kept quiet, hearing that there was someone following them.

"Alex, do you have her?"

Before Angelo could've gotten an answer, Lynn quickly spun around, ignoring the pain in her side as she held her crossbow high.

Just as she was about to shoot, Angelo stopped her, staring at the figure in confusion and shock.

"Ryan?"

A/N: BOOM! I think I did a good job. Key word; think. 😂

Now, am I the only one that thinks Ryan actually looks good with a beard? 😂👌🏻
