Chapter 24- Alex and Goodbyes

Ricky's POV -4 montha later- (Gif of Alex *He is and actor in SKINNS UK)

I was back in Colorado, picking Skyler up from Brelynn's new apartment and she said she need to talk to me about something. I am hoping that she want's to take me back but I know deep down that she will probably never will. I arrived at her complex and walked up the concrete stairs, up to the third floor. Of course her door mate said, Goodbye. I knocked on the door. 

"Coming!" A man voice said, I glanced at my phone to make sure I had the right number. 516 and I glanced at the number next to the door. 516. The door opened and a man with brown hair Justin Bieber flippy hair was looking at me. "Hi you must be Ricky." He said, he had an English ascent and I nodded. He extending his hand out to shake mine and I accepted. "Babe, Ricky is here." He said turning around and leaving the door open. 

"Skyler Daddy is here." Brelynn's voice called and I stepped into the apartment. I closed the door behind me and my eyes landed on Brelynn. She was walking out of a room, black hair down to her waist, skinny jeans, a black Kitchen Sink Tattoo Parlor sweater and mismatch socks. She walked over and crossed her arms. 

"Hey, Brelynn you look good." I said and she nodded, she looked me over. 

"You do too." She said, pushing her side bangs back and she glanced at the man. "Oh, Ricky this is Alex. Alex this is Ricky." She said, introducing us and I waved, with a small smile. 

"So is this what you wanted to talk to me about?" I asked, looking at him. Pale, not as pale as me but pale. Brown eyes, brown hair. He wore a red skinny jeans, black socks and a sunset tank top. No visible tattoos. 

"Yeah, um. Alex why don't you check on Sky." She said, turning to him and he nodded, walking into the back. She turned back to me. 

"So that's your new boyfriend?" I asked, it came off a bit ruder than I wanted but I just rolled with it. She rolled her eyes and looked at me. 

"Yes, it is. I wanted you two to meet, because, that's what I expect of you. Letting me meet your girlfriend or someone that is going to be spending time with Skyler." She said, I can't be mad at her for that and my girl ran out to me. 

"Daddy!" She screamed at the top of her lungs and jumped into my arms, like Brelynn did when we first started dating. 

"Hey pumpkin. I missed you. You've grown since I last say you on your 6th birthday," I said, poking her in her side and she giggled. 

"I know daddy. I'm ready to go back home, to go back to school it is September you know." She said looking at me and I nodded. 

"Yes baby girl. I get you for 2 weeks this time. We are gonna say up eat pizza watch movies and you get to tell me everything right?" I asked, getting the disapproving look from Brelynn and Alex wrapped his arms around Brelynn's waist. I know they are together but really? 

"Yeah, i'll go get my bags." She said, turning around and bolting into her room. 

"So i'll be up after these next two weeks are done and Alex is coming with me. My friend is letting us stay in his apartment so we are coming up a 1 or 2 days earlier to make sure everything is clean." Brelynn said, swaying in Alex's arms. 

"That's fine. I'm sure Josh and Ryan-Ashley would love to hang out with you and meet uh. Alex." I said, looking at him. 

"They've already meet him. We get along perfectly." She said, I was pissed that Balz didn't tell me. He should've the day he meet him. 

"How long have you two been together?" I asked and she looked at him, then at the ground. I sighed, she looked up at me. 

"Almost three months." She said and I rolled my eyes. "Skyler do you need help?" She yelled and I crossed my arms. 

"No, i'm getting bear ready for our plain ride!" She screamed and I looked at Brelynn. 

"Who the hell is bear?" I asked and she looked at Alex. Of course it's something that Alex gave her. 

"When Skyler first meet Alex, we went to build-a-bear and he got her a bear. Her name is Snow but she calls her bear." Brelynn said and I nodded, slightly annoyed. 

"Whatever. Skyler come on. Uncle Chris is at the hotel and he has a surprise for you!" I yelled and I heard a bump. Then she came running out, with her bags and a pink white bear. "I'll take you're bags to the car and you can say goodbye to mommy." I said, picking up her bags. 

"And Alex." Sky said and I nodded. 

"And Alex." I repeated and opened the door. I grabbed her bags and started to head down to the car. 

Brelynn's POV

"Come her bug." I said, picking Sky up and hugged her tightly. She giggled and she hugged me back. "Promise to call me every night and try to Skype me, okay?" I asked her and she nodded her head. 

"I promise. I love you mommy." She said and I smiled. 

"I love you too bug." I said back and kissed her forehead. I put her back on the ground and whipped a small tear from my eye. 

"Bye Alex, i'll see you later." She said hugging his leg and he chuckled picking her up. He hugged her tightly. 

"Remember me and you mom kid. We are only a phone call away. Plus will see you in two weeks time." He said looking at her and she nodded. 

"Okay, bags in the car. Now come on Skyler Uncle Chris is waiting to see you." Ricky said and she ran over to me. I kneeled down and she kissed my cheek. 

"Call you later I love you." She said again and I kissed her forehead. 

"Love you too." I said, standing back up. 

"If she is asleep ill send you a text. And we'll call you every night." Ricky assured me and I smiled. 

"Thank you. Bye Skyler." I said, as Ricky picked her up and carried her away. She waved at me and Alex. Alex shut the door and I walked over to the balcony looking over the parking lot. Ricky came out of the hallway. He buckled her in and  then got in himself. Then the car disappeared.
