Anger

What the hell happened to Skai? I'm so damn confused, I had to carry her to the nurses office with the help of Seth. I sat on the chair leaning against Seth for comfort, the nurse checked out Skai. "You okay?" Seth whispered. "Yeah, just suddenly tired." I whispered, back. I closed my eyes. Okay, who the hell threw that note at me in class? I need to figure out who knows me and take them out before they tell anyone.  I felt Seth move making my head fall to the crook of his neck. "Sorry." he whispered. I sat up straight and shrugged, looking at Skai I seen her awake. Skai caught my eyes and sorrow filled her eyes making me realize what she's been doing. The nurse  walked over and told Skai she's good to go back to school, we walked out of the nurse office. We walked away a distance. "Seth can Addison and I talk alone for a moment please." I tell him. "Yeah sure, I'll be down around the corner." he said, giving a small smile and walking away. I took the earpiece out of my ear having Skai do the same thing, I turned off the pieces and looked at Skai. "How long have you been doing this?" I asked her, worried. "Couple days.." she tells me. "Why? Don't fucking do that! You know what happened to me when I did that!" I tell her, with a serious look. "I was close to death.. and if you don't stop now you could be in the hospital or dead." I added. "I'm sorry." She whispered, on the verge of tears. "Let's go get you something to eat." I tell her. She nods and places the earpiece back in her ear after turning it back on. I did the same hearing Alex bitch at me. "Fuck off." I tell him. We walked to where Seth was when we heard him talking to someone. I pushed Skai to the wall, hiding so we could listen. "Were you the one who threw the note at her?" Seth asked. "Yes, I know who she is." A guy said. "So do I but don't do that to her you creep." Seth tells him. "Oh quit the tough act, we both know you know who she is and what we want to do with her." the other guy said. "Nate shut up. We're trying to protect Kelly were on a team." Seth said. I raised my eyebrow as I  felt the anger raise in me. "Yeah I get that but someone has to kill her before she has the time to act." Nate snapped. "How did you know it was her anyway?" Seth asked. "The note was just to see if she reacted weirdly but she didn't so when you guys talked about the murder of the family Pahlike she talked." Nate said. "We said her last name wrong and she corrected only the murder will do that or someone who's obsessed with killers." Nate added. Seth let out a sigh. "When do we act?" Seth asked. "Monday before Kelly realizes that she's going to be killed." Nate answered. "Do you really want to kill her tho?" Seth asked. They went silent for a moment when Nate spoke. "No. No I don't but Kelly's dad is forcing us to protect his daughter." Nate tells them.  I stepped away from the wall and walked out startling the guys, Skai walked next to me. "Hey, you okay Addison?" Seth asked. Skai nodded. I looked at Nate seeing him staring at me. "Hi, I'm Nate." Nate said, giving me a false smile. "Caden." I replied, sharply. I looked a back at Seth. "We're going to get something to eat." I tell him and walk away with Skai following. "We just need to find out who Addison is." Nate said, trying to whisper but fail. We walked to the cafeteria seeing some other teenagers eating lunch. I walked toward the food as I felt eyes on us, I watched Skai get something to eat as I glanced around the cafeteria feeling like the oldest since I was really eighteen but than again this is a high school and some of these people are eighteen. I looked back at Skai seeing her snacking on a sandwich making me smile. 

 I sat next to her at a empty table. "We skipped fifth period cause you were in the nurses, this is sixth and it's free period. I can't wait to get the fuck out of here." I tell her. "Are you okay?" she asked, after finishing the bit she took.  I raised a brow. "Your anger, how are you controlling it?" she asked. "Not good at this point, I'm getting to the point where I'm going to explode but I'm trying to calm myself." I tell her. "Hey." A girl said making me turn my head seeing Kelly. "Hi." Skai said. "What you girls doing here?" Kelly asked. "Eating." I said, snatching a carrot from Skai's plate. "Nice, well I have to go. Nice chatting with you two." she said and left. I rolled my eyes and grabbed another carrot. "You know if you keep rolling your eyes their gonna get stuck looking at your brain." Skai tells me. "Well I hope my eyes like the creepy brain of mine." I replied. We walked around the school waiting for the next period when someone wolf whistled at us. "Hey hotties! Wanna have some fun?!" A guy shouted. "Come on babe! Nothing to say cause your to shocked to say yes?" he shouts again. I turned my body around looking at the guy with a pissed off look. "I ain't no holla back girl, go screw yourself you ugly mutt!" I snarled. I turned back around seeing Skai almost dying of laughter along with the guys in our ears. "That's my AngelEyes." Alex said, through laughter. We kept walking. "Booty had me like, booty had me like, booty had me like, like woo." She sang making me jump. I gave her a weird look. "I don't know, I glanced at your butt and the song clicked in my head." she answered. "Already then weirdo." I said, smirking. Bring bring. The bell ringed throughout the school telling us class is over and get to the other one before your ass gets beat. "Meet you at the cafeteria after this period." I tell Skai, not ready to go to another class. I hope my anger can stay down, all I need is getting in trouble for bashing a kids head against a desk.
