Chapter Four

Avery's Pov

I groan when my alarm clock goes off I don't even think I got an hour of sleep damned rouges last night had decided to sniff around the boarder we caught and kill one but the other managed to get away I spent most of my night out looking for the rouges with my best trackers. This rouge thing was becoming increasingly more annoying as time progressed, it seemed like it just had started to pick up around three months ago.

I though it was strange but I couldn't show that in front of the Pack I was that Alpha I had to strong and take care of the threat before it hurt any of my pack members. If that happened I wouldn't be able to sleep with my self, I never knew being Alpha could be this stressful, I am going to end up going gray before I reach twenty, but even that was unlikely, my father still didn't have gray hair and well he oldish, I suppose.

I roll out of bed and head to the shower turning on the water and waiting for it to warm up before I jump right in not in the mood to be awakened by the cold water. It was toasty and warm when I got in I took my time as I scrubbed through my hair everyone was silent no one calling for me it had been a while these last few weeks we I had a moment alone to myself. I smile a little and then curse today is the first day of school.

I so didn't want to go back to that hell hole I rather be spending my time trying to find the rouges that are invading my territory and boarders. I rinsed and stepped out of the shower feeling a littler better but still tired from my no sleep night.

I pull on dark wash jeans and boots along with a leather jacket and grab my helmet, I was going to take my bike today. I open my door and slipping out into the hall way and into the kitchen. I smell fresh waffles and oranges. A smile stretches over my lips as I enter the kitchen.

"Hello, Sweetheart I made your favorite for your first day back, you were out late did you end up catching them?" She says as she wipes her hands on a towel cleaning up the mess she made, she had cooked food for an army and we really were pretty much an army we had a least seventy in my pack, we consumed so much food, that it wasn't even funny.

"Yeah we caught one but the other managed to get away. I don't have any idea why this is starting their haven't been sighting of rouges in this area before has their?" I say as I sit down and eat my waffles smothering them in syrup and then chugging my orange juice in one gulp i'd say.

"Not that I can remember you should as your father later when you get home from school he should know something about it, if not then these are just random sighting of rouges it happens every once in a while. Not anything to get to frustrated about. Now get going I don't care if your the Alpha or not as your mother I expect you to be on school at time." She says with a devilish smile I chuckle right now my mom might be the only one that can make me smile not matter what I am going through.

"Alright mom. I'm going I'll see you later tonight." I say waving as I leave I hear my mom start to hum a tune as she cleans and I head to the garage pulling on the door smiling as I see my baby sitting their. Black as night with dazzling red paint in spot that just make her sexy, I smile but then a memory is brought back to memory I have been obsessed with red for the longest time now it was when I saw her wolf I haven't been able to forget that dazzling red fur, My own wolf howled in pain, I shake the though from my head and slide the helmet onto my head. I press the button that open the garage and reeve her up, she purrs beautifully and I smile taking off the cold air shifting around my as I fly down the windy and twisty roads making my way towards school. I got their early and meet up with some friends and were talking when I inhale something breathe taking looking around I notice the girl that is stepping out of the red Ferrari. But her hair made that red paint job look flat her hair was a fire, it was beautiful against her snow white skin, her red lips were pulled into a confident smile, as she knew that every guys stare was on her, she looked over at my group and I was surprised at how nervous I was right now.
