Chapter Ten

Avery's POV

I would like to say I woke up with my mate in my arms but that would be saying the impossible at the moment. I don't remember the last time I slept so sound, but when I roll over to pull my mate to me she is not their the spot that should have been warm was cold and I panicked.

Which in my mind has to look funny but right now it wasn't funny because I woke up with what felt like a sharp stab to my side, it burned and I wake up and look down but their is nothing wrong with the skin in that area.

A cold filled shiver ran up my spine what the hell had that feeling come from and then I was assaulted with more pain and then a unsettling calm that made my blood freezes. This was the bond what the hell was going on.

I grab a paint of sweat, and the pillow case that held the most of her scent and then I rush out the door of my room not even bothering with a shirt I was to blinded with my thought to even think about picking on up. My wolf was whimpering and kindly yelling at me because we couldn't find our Mate.

As if I did not feel bad enough that she was gone, I couldn't sense her anymore or even feel her for a matter of fact it was like she had dropped off the face of the earth, not that she had but the emptiness from the fact that I couldn't feel her made me feel like she really had.

Trev get our best trackers and a few enforcers and meet me at the boarder.

I said mink linking my Beta he was fast with his reply and I growled I needed to find her now that was my main priority, nothing else seemed to matter it was like the world had fallen away and she had been replaced in place of the world.

I had never felt this before it was new and amazing. I push through the doors and head to the forest taking off my pants and then I shift keeping them in my mouth as I run heading to the border looking for any sign of her scent.

I searched but it was not their I kept moving further towards the edge of the boarder and their waiting is Trev and a few enforcers along with our best trackers. They looked a little tried but non the less ready to do what I asked.

I shifted behind a tree puling my sweats on and walking out they bow their heads to me and I growl, annoyed not at them but this situation that I was in no one knew that I had a mate and its not like I wanted to keep it that way just I didn't want to tell them under these circumstances it was just not looking like the lady of luck was playing my hand today.

"Alpha what do you need the trackers to do?" My Beta said snapping me out of my thoughts and I look up my attention in him for a split second and then I am nodding and pulling out the pillow case from my pocket.

"I need them to track down their Luna the owner of this scent... Krey del River." I spoke softly and held the fabric out and they each took it and inhaled deeply before retuning it back to me. They nodded not even saying anything as they shifted they moved out and I followed suit and shift.

I don't even think about where my wolf takes me I just let him do what he likes while I think. What the hell had happened. The pain I had felt was excruciating and I growl with anger to think that she had to go through that. I knew when the pain stopped I knew that she had passed out.

Alpha we found something that has her scent on it and their is also scents of rouges, and theirs blood.

I shift and pulls on my pants and run over to where her scent was radiating off the most, it was my motorcycle, and it was pretty bashed and their were some dented trees and blood was all over the ground it smells like her. And rouges. Their smell is over powering.

I growl and my body is vibrating my skin feels like it is about to rip itself off and my wolf just wants to go and case after the rouges but I cant I have to think about this logically. My Beta places his hand on my shoulder and I growl at him but he doesn't remove his hand.

"Don't worry we'll find them our scouts will find their camp and her in no time." With that the other left and it was just me and him. "We need to tell her family that she is missing, with their pack will find her faster and crush the rouges in an instant. We'll destroy them, they've gone to far taking the Luna." He says trying to comfort me and I know that right now I have to be strong.

Not only for my pack and myself but for my mate. I would have to go and talk to her family and then I would get her but I didn't want to leave her with them for to long that was for sure the things that could happen to her while she is their make me shake with anger.

With that I shift again taking off giving out orders as I go running off my territory heading towards Black River's territory. I stay off the road and head through the forest, theirs is a couple miles away from our boarders.

When I reach the boarders I look around waiting for someone but when no one comes I growl and running across the boarder, heading towards were I could smell most of the wolves. I was soon flanked by two enforcers I am assuming but to my surprise I make my way all the way to the pack house.

And their I find her brother Alpha Faren he is pacing but his head snaps up when he see me and I take in his yellowed eye's they are blazing with anger. I shift and quickly step into my pants. I walk up to him.

"My sister was she taken by Rouges?" It looks like my Beta already was ahead of me and had called them that why I got by so easily, always thinking ahead. I turn my attention back to him though.

"It seems that way I already have my trackers and scouts out looking for traces of her, but so far theirs been nothing. I came to ask for your help." I say as he motions for us to head inside he walked through an open door and I follow their are so many wolves in her more than I could count with a look.

"Were already massing the pack I'll send my Trackers out, and then we'll have to talk about a plan theirs been lots of rouges sighting but we don't have a fixed number on how many of them their is where hoping to crush them swifty once we find where they are and were their holding Krey." He was determined like his sister, they are a lot a like it makes me miss her. I feel empty now that I cant sense her.

He wave his hand and a larger amount of the group leaves, they were a huge pack and all capable of fighting, I am sure that we will find her now that we have this many wolf's out looking for her. I mind link and tell my pack that other tracker from the Black River pack would also be joining them.

"We need to look over a map or something their aren't that many place that you can hide around here that aren't marked by either of our Packs once we narrow it down the faster we'll be able to find her and the quicker we'll get to kill the rouges that attacked her." My eyes flared I could tell by how a lot of the wolfs backed away I noticed Farens hand clench and the sound of his teeth as they slammed down.

He must have said something over mind link because everyone started leaving flowing out the doors. Now it was me Farern and two other older people one a man that looked just like Farern and then a Women that looks like an older version of Krey. They must be their parents, they looked worried yet strong cold looking at the situation calculating.

This was going to be a long day in more than one ways, I mentally prepared myself.

Ello guys its finally Fridays I am so excited and to kick the weekend off I give you the next chapter (round of applause) lol anyways here we are, I plan to try and post a Chapter a day this weekend so yay. I am layed up at the moment sport injures aren't fun. :p
