"What a terrible creature, torturing such a poor, innocent youth.... Ah, do not be afraid my child. I am TORIEL care taker of the ruins." I feel like I know her, but i can't remember. I guess i hit my head really hard.
"I pass through this place everyday to see if anyone has fallen down. You are the first human to come in a long time." I stay quiet most of the time, unsure of what to do right now. My head is spilling with thoughts. How did I get here anyways?
Toriel seems like someone to really trust here. heck, there might be human eating creatures. I also noticed when you get hurt, you HP goes down. to be honest, this reminds me of a video game.
Toriel talks once more "Come! I will guide you through to catacombs." She grabs my hand and we start walking. The walls of the ruins are light purple, dark purple, and other shades.
She leads me through some puzzles and rooms. She said she had to go and said not to leave. I decided to walk around. Well, curiosity killed the cat, right?
The Ruins had a lot to puzzles. I came into a lot of fights with froggits, whimsums, and other creatures. The Underground was definitely an unusual place.
I was walking to another room when a ghost blocks the way.
*Move it with force?
>Yes. No
I come into battle with the cute ghost. He looks really sad.
Fight . >Act. Item. Mercy
*Act
>Joke
There were four options on the screen. I chose Act and decided to tell a joke. He giggled slightly. Tears came spilling out of his eyes, but I just in time dodged them.
I decided to choose Act again and Cheer him. On the screen all it did was pop up "Really not feeling up to it right now, sorry"
I clicked the same actions as before and lots of tears were everywhere. I got hit a few times and it hurt really bad. For his next move, Napstablook showed me his hat made of tears. He calls it "Dapper blook"
I cheered again and he ended the battle with me. I smiled.
"Today I met someone nice.. Sorry for rambling... I'll get out of your way.." Napstablook disappears and I am left alone once again.
~Timeskip~
While going to Toriel's, I encountered more puzzles and other monsters. I walked in another room. It had a dead tree in the middle with two big doors and bushes around them.
Toriel was going to call me again but then noticed I was here and walked over.
"My Child, I am so sorry for leaving you. Please, come inside, I have a suprise waiting for you." She smiled.
We walked through the doors and I saw a humble little home. It was rather nice and cozy. Toriel grabbed my hand and took me into a hallway. She stopped in front of a door and let go of my hand.
"This is your new room." She opened the door and I saw a kids bedroom. It was really nice.
As much as I wanted to stay here, I have to go home. Even if it means doing something big.
The room had a box of toys, it didn't interest me. There was a small bed about my size and a wardrobe next to it. A rack of shoes sat next to the wardrobe. Most of them aren't my size, and some are too big.
I plop down on the bed, it was so comfy! Letting sleep take over, I feel my eyelids close.
The lights are dimmed down. A plate with butter-scotch pie is sitting in the middle of the room.
Scars are forming on my arms, probably from those fights I got into.
I didn't feel all the tired. I was actually very energized. Those voices in my head came back. I wanted them to go away already!
I noticed that the door was closed shut. I went over and opening it, finding myself in the hallway.
Being the curious person I am, I peeked into the living room. Toriel had a book in her hand, sitting on a chair by the fire place.
"Oh, hello my child. Did you sleep well?" I nod my head.
"Do you need anything?" She asked me.
"When can I go home?" Those words slip out of mouth. Her expression changes to sadness.
"Please wait here, I have to go do something." Toriel walks into the main room and down a flight of stairs.
I follow her. "Go back to your room." She looks mad, and her tone sounds demanding. I still follow her, wanting to see what's down the hall.
"Please... just go to your room." She doesn't even look at me. I'm still following her. I think she knows I'm not going to go.
"This is your last warning. Go upstairs." she grips onto her fists.
A larger door is seen in the distance. Toriel steps in front of the door, blocking the door.
"If you want to leave.. then prove it! Fight me or leave!" I get into battle with her. Flames are engulfed in her hands. She looks emotionless.
Fight. Act. Item. >Mercy
I click mercy, but she throws flames at me. I get hit once and wince in pain.
~
My heath is at one. Her attacks are getting weaker.
"Please.. go to your room... we can be a family..." all of her flames are going everywhere but me.
I have a determined look in my eye.
"If you truly want to leave.. then I won't stop you.. please never come back.. I hope you understand... I will miss you very much.."
Tears form in her eyes as she hugs me. The doors open and I see a large snowy forest.
When I step out, I hear the door close behind me.
*knowing that toriel believes in you, you are filled with DETERMINATION
