She trudges through the snow. Her determination is slowly fading away. Y/N thinks she's lost, but still keeps going.

          ~Y/N's POV~

the wind softly flows by, my h/c moving with it. Snow flakes are falling from the sky. It's so beautiful. All I can see around me are trees. Wherever I am, it's an easy place to get lost in alright.

I can feel someone watching me in the distance, hiding behind the trees. It scares me. I could die out here from starvation or getting in a battle with another monster.

A stick snaps and I freeze. looking around, I see no one in sight of who made the noise. I notice that I accidentally stepped on it instead of someone else.

Letting out a sigh of relief, I continue walking into the endless forest. I could be lost here for days, never found, and die. No! Y/N, stay determined! now is not the time for talking about that.

the desire to see my family is growing stronger. I miss them so much, I wish I could see them. the only way I will be able to accomplish that goal is to stay strong and determined, to not give up and believe in myself.

footsteps are heard behind me. I quickly stop in my tracks and turn around. A skeleton with one yellow eye socket, a black jacket and leather pants is standing in front of me, smirking.

I feel hatred towards this skeleton already. And I have the feeling that I know who he is but I can't remember. "Are you lost doll? The name's Gaster Sans." Sans? how come Iv'e heard of that name before.

I nod my head. His smirk is still plastered on his face. I get a bad feeling about this but I have to get out of this forest. "I'll help you, doll. but you need to return the favor, got it?" now that i get a better look at him, he has cracks in his skull.

I can't help but stare at his features. He figures out what i'm doing and waves his hand in front of my face."sorry..." I whisper. All Sans does is nod and start to walk.

Where is he going? I start to follow behind him. Rubbing my arms from the cold, I shiver. I didn't know it could be so cold here!

A bridge that has wide wooden bars is seen. I am not a fan of this kinda stuff to be honest. Sans turns and looks at me. "My brother, Papyrus is obsessed about capturing a human. could you do me a favor and make his day? you did say you would give me something in return, doll~" He winks.

I nod once again and he yells "Quick! hide behind that booth!" I run over to the booth and it smells of mustard, ketchup, and relish. It's not a very pleasant smell, But it will have to do. A taller skeleton runs up to Sans.

"BROTHER! HAVE YOU SEEN ANY HUMANS YET?" he yells.

"Sorry Papyrus, no I haven't seen any." for their conversation, Sans keeps eyeing me. It freaks me out.

"WELL, LET ME KNOW IF YOU SEE ONE. I WILL BE BACK LATER SANS!" Papyrus runs off. The coast is clear and I step out from where i was hiding.

"You should go before he come back, doll" Sans' nicknames are getting annoying already. Lights flash in my eyes and I shake my head.

"Are you okay..?" Sans seems a little worried. Who knew that he actually cared for humans. Wait, why are monsters trying to capture humans?!

I push that thought away and walk more into the forest, seeing a glowing light. A save box appears.

                      SAVE?

>Yes                                       No

There are two paths to choose from. The left or the right. I went right and heard Sans talking with Papyrus. He looks at me, then Sans, then at me, then at Sans again. This happens for a few minutes until he stops.  (This is one of my favorite parts in undertale with the bros)

"IS THAT A HUMAN!?" Papyrus looks over joyed.

"I think that's a rock." Sans points at a rock from behind me.

"but what's that in front of the rock?" Sans smirks.

'ITS A HUMAN!!" Papyrus smiles.

"Yes Papyrus, It's a human alright." Gee, thanks Sans.

"HUMAN! YOU SHALL NOT PASS. UNLESS IF YOU DARE TO TAKE THE CHALLENGE! NYEHEHEHEHEHEHEHEHEHEHE!"  He runs off, leaving Sans and me alone.

"I better go. Don't worry, doll. I'll keep an eye socket out for you." Sans walks away, leaving me alone. How come I cant remember? I can't remember about how I even got here. Why can't I? I should go on ahead. I smile a little.

*Knowing that you can make it through Papyrus' puzzles, it fills you with DETERMINATION.
