Chapter 13 - Spilling Secrets

Jane's POV
I sat down in one of the many seats that were lined up. Ben had called a mandatory meeting for everyone.. Like the entire kingdom. I watched as everyone filied in. Thousands of kings, queens, prince's princesses, everyone. I watched Ben walk onto stage after everyone sat down.
"Thank you all for coming.. Melanie has an announcement she would like to make, so could I have everyone's attention." he said and everyone looked. I smirked because only Me, Carlos, My mom, and Evie actually knew what was going on. Melanie getting on stage was the first phase..
"Hi everyone!" she said cheerfully, she sounded nothing like Mal and was a bit too peppy in my opinion. "So, my good friend Evie has an announcement she needed everyone to hear, please focus your attention on her." she said. Phase two, get Evie on stage.

Evie's POV
Phase three.. I make my 'announcement' I hate being on stage, but Mal said Melanie would be there the whole time.
"Hi, you all know me, wether it's as the Evil Queen's daughter, or Evie. I have important announcement that the entire kingdom needed to hear.." J took a breath and looked at Melanie, I saw a flash of Mal in her eyes and continued "You all seem to think you know me well, but you don't. You think I have a crush on Doug or Jay, right?" Everyone nodded. "Well.. Your wrong.. You couldn't be more wrong.. I don't have a crush on either of them, they are just my close friends! In all honesty my true crush is.. Mal!" I said and looked over at Melanie, then at Ben, who was raging mad. There was a bright flash of light from where Melanie was standing, and all of a sudden Mal was there instead. I smiled at her and she smiled at me. I looked back towards the crowd who all had their mouths hanging wide open. I smirked and looked at Mal.
"Why you..." Ben walked towards me and grabbed me. Then he pulled out what looked like Magic proof handcuffs and put them on me.
"Ben! What are you doing?!" Mal and I shouted simultaneously. Ben called the gaurds over.
"Take her back to the Isle. Now." he said and they nodded and grabbed my arms. Back to the Isle....

Mal's POV
Ben walked back over to me and cuffed my hands, but didn't send me back to the Isle.
"If she goes I go." I said to Ben and he shook his head.
"No way sweetheart, you two will never see eachother again." Ben said and my heart dropped.
