Chapter 7.

The next day...

Both girls woke up early to get ready for school, they didn't have to do much since they've already packed the books they need for today and they already ironed their uniforms before they went to bed last night, but their house is a bit far away from Tesla High.
Nadine went to take a bath first while Liza cooked their breakfast, bacon and rice. Then when she's done she'll eat her own breakfast not waiting for Nadine.

After 30 minutes, Nadine was done taking a bath then next is Liza then it's Nadine's turn to eat then when she's done, she washed the dishes, brushed her teeth and went inside her room to change into her uniform.

After Liza was done, she went straight to her room to change her clothes then they're good to go.

At Aces Building, Front gate.

When Nadine and Liza arrived they noticed that some of the students were looking at them and others were whispering. Both of them ignored it and parted ways to go to their own classrooms, good thing they still the way to their classroom thanks to the boys.

Speaking of the boys, Nadine was on her way to her first class when she felt someone grab her wrist and gave it a gentle tug, she turned her head to the side to find James grinning at her.

"Good morning!" James greeted.

Nadine raised her eyebrows and pretended to be confused.

"I-I'm sorry but who are you?" Nadine asked.

James pouted at Nadine. She smirked and playfully slapped his shoulder.

"Tss, I was just joking okay? Good morning too." Nadine smiled.

James laughed a bit then they continued to walk.

"Where's Ms. Soberano?" -James

"In her first class, Home Economics." -Nadine.

"What's your first subject?" -James.

"Biology, you?" -Nadine.

James grinned. "Same!"

James, being the gentleman he is, opened the door for Nadine who thanked him and flashed him a polite smile.

Nadine took a seat next to the window at the back, she was highly aware that her classmates looked at her with their disgusted looks. She pulled out her chair and took a seat, she was about to take a nap when James called her name.

"Hey, Nadz! Can I seat here?" He asked her and dropped his bag next to the chair next to her and took a seat.

"I haven't told you my answer yet." Nadine muttered

James just shrugged and chuckled then he took out his phone from his pocket to play CoC.

Nadine's eyes looked around the classroom, she saw her other classmates whispering while pointing at her.

Then she heard a loud crash followed by a pained groan, her eyes landed on a guy on the floor, his books were scattered on the floor.

She tried to stand up but she felt James hold her wrist like telling her 'don't'.

She looked at him with her eyebrows raised.

"Argh!" Both of them turned their heads to the guy's direction-he was curled into a ball and two boys were kicking him.

Nadine gasped, she looked at her classmates they were just laughing and others took pictures or videos! She looked at James beside her, he was also laughing!
