Chapter 51.

As Daniel and Kathryn danced around–both holding a cup filled with cola, while they were dancing their hearts out a guy about their age went up behind Kathryn and shamelessly slapped her bum.

Kathryn gasped then turned to the guy and gave him a death glare–one that would surely send a chill down to his spine.

He sure did feel scared, but he only showed her a smirk. Kathryn scanned his face and realized it was Connor Tsui. A student of Tesla High and her senior, Daniel did not notice her stopped dancing because he was too busy with dancing with another girl that they both met.

"Hey sexy, wanna go to my apartment? Come on, I promise we'll have a hot night." Connor seductively asked and slung his arm around her waist then pulled her to his side.

She dropped her cup because of surprise and it fell to the already dirty carpet.

"Let go of me asshole!" She hissed, pissed.

"Whoa! Whoa! You have a bad, missy! HAHA! It'll be dirtier later when you moa--"

*SLAP!*

Kathryn slapped him hard on his right cheek making Connor's head turned left. Daniel stopped dancing and turned his head to look on Kathryn whose face is red because of anger and embarrassment.

He quietly walked right up and stopped next to her then looked at her and Connor.

"Kathryn? What's the problem here?" He whispered and gently held her soft hand which made her divert her attention to him.

When she was about to speak, Connor roughly grabbed her by her left arm and tugged her to him. Kathryn yelped in the sudden pain, Daniel gasped.

"Uhm... Sir, can you please let go of Kath? You're hurting her!" He politely asked but worry and slight anger was evident on his tone. Connor looked at him, he gave him a look of irritation and pushed him by the chest using his other hand resulting Daniel to stumble back and drop his cup of cola.

"Dan! Tsk! Let go of me! You asshole, I said let go of me!" Kathryn struggled trying to get his hold off her arm but no to avail.

Connor looked at her then back at Daniel. "Leave us! Or I'll beat your face to pulp!"

Daniel wasn't even scared–not even a little bit– by his threat. He knows he can send this guy to sleep with even just one punch.

Instead of backing down, he stood on his ground and just calmly asked Connor to let go of Kathryn.

"Let go of Kath and nobody gets hurt." He spoke in a deathly calm manner, Connor laughed while shaking his head Kathryn looked at him in worry.

"Or what will you do? HAHA! Come on, let's go." He laughed but when he was about to turn around with Kathryn, Daniel gripped his elbow, turned him back around and punched him in the face.

Instantly, Connor's body fell, asleep. Nobody from the dance floor even gave Connor's body a glance and just continued with what they are doing.

Kathryn hugged Daniel and smiled. "Thanks for saving me! He was an ass!"

Daniel blushed. "No problem..."

Kathryn pecked him in the cheek making his eyes bulge out of their sockets.

"Hmm... I think we should go home. There's still school tomorrow." She let go of the hug.

He only stood there, looking at her like he is in a daze.

"Huy! Okay ka lang?! Anyare sa'yo?!" She waved her hands infront of his face.

"E-erm... Nothing, let's go." He shyly looked down on the ground and walked pass her. She soon followed after.

He walked with her to her house insisting it was too dangerous for a lady like her walking around in the dark without anyone to accompany her.

When they reached her house (mansion), they said their goodbyes and then Daniel went on his merry way back to his house.

(A/N: Hey! Sorry kung eto lang yung naisip kong chapter ah? Busying-busy talaga ako sa school these past few days dahil andaming assignments. Tapos last week acquaintance party pa namin, nagkasakit pa ako pero kahit ganun todo practice pa din.
