Chapter 20.

Liza and Nadine headed back to the history classroom to retrieve their bags, good thing it was still in good condition and everything's still inside because Liza would go all 'Super Sayan' again on the other students.

When they went out of the classroom, Liza felt a tightening in her chest area, but she didn't show it on her face because she knows Nadine would worry about her, they went to their lockers and shoved their bags inside because they won't be needing it on their next subject which is PE and all they're going to do in their PE class is swimming.

On their way to the school swimming pool, they bumped into James and Alden.

"Whoa! Aren't you supposed to be in your next class?" -Alden.

"Yeah, we're about to go there, actually. We have swimming coming up next." Liza replied.

"Can we come with you?! We are vacant." James asked putting his arm around Nadine again who inched away because she felt her cheeks flush from remembering what happened in the school garden but he just tugged her close again.

"I don't think Mrs. Fuentes will allow you." -Nadine.

"She will. I'm the nephew of the owner of this school." Alden added smugly.

"Okay..."

Then the four of them went to the direction of where the school pool is located.

When they walked inside everybody's already in their swimsuits but when they turned to their direction...

"OH MY GOSH! JAMES AND ALDEN ARE HERE! Tell me, do I look sexy?" -Crazy girl who has a crush on James and Alden #1.

"What are those two losers doing with Alden and James?! I should be the one James' putting his arms around with!" -Delusional Girl.

"Hey, James, Alden and Enrique are all MINE! Didn't you know that we're all gonna get married" -Another delusional girl.

"Sofia look, it's that Lustre girl and her friend!" -Yassi, from ROZEZ.

Nadine kept her straight face, not minding what her classmates comments were while Liza... Well, um, let's just say she's killing them one by one with her bone-chilling stare.

"James! I'm so glad you came here! But could you please get your arm off of this pest?" Sofia came walked to their direction with a sickly, sweet, fake smile plastered on her fake face.

She hugged James while glaring at Nadine who was just staring at her with no emotion. Sofia smirked and hugged James tighter, nuzzling her face at his chest.

"Sofia, let go of me! Everybody's watching!" James yelled trying to push her off but she's like a leech!

"Oh~ so if nobody's watching we can cuddle?" Sofia purred.

James was mentally kicking himself, he really really like really want to push Sofia on the pool. He glanced at Nadine only to see he was not there next to him and was now walking towards the locker rooms with Liza. Alden sat on one of the benches while talking to someone on the phone while blushing, probably Maine again. Oh, the sweet little lovesick fool.

"Ms. Andres! Stop flirting with Mr. Reid and get your ass back here!" Mrs. Fuentes rudely yelled.

Sofia rolled her eyes and let him go, he breathed a sigh of relief but then he felt something soft on his cheek, he sharply turned to glare at Sofia.

"Bye, babe! Watch me swim, okay? Only me." Sofia whispered and kissed him again in the cheek and left.

'FUCK! FUCK! FUCK! I NEED ALCOHOL!!! ONLY NADINE CAN KISS MY CHEEK!' He thought angrily but then he realized what he said in his mind.

'What am I saying?! I only meant NO ONE can kiss my cheek. Yeah, that's it!' He went to where Alden was sitting and sat next to him.

"I didn't know you and Sofia were a couple. I thought you liked Ms. Lustre." Alden muttered while typing on his phone. James gave him a hard slap in the head, he yelped and rubbed on the sore spot.

"Why did you do that, huh?!" He yelled.

"I don't have any relationship with Sofia 'sides she's not my type."

"Aish! Whatever, dude! Ouch!" Alden hisses still rubbing the where James hit him.

Both of them noticed his cellphone ring, it was Maine again, Alden quickly swiped on the accept and talked with Maine.

"Dub-Dub! Hi! James hit me in the head!" Alden complained on the phone.

James rolled his eyes and turned his attention back to where Nadine and Liza are.

He felt his breath hitched.

Nadine looked sexy as hell in her dark blue swimsuit!!!

He can't keep his eyes off of her but when she glanced at him and gave him a shy smile he swear his heart almost jumped from his chest.

'Nadine, what are you doing to me? Do I have a crush on you or something?' James asked himself as he saw Nadine jump on the pool with Emma, Queenie, Karin and Lola.

She reached the end of the pool faster than the four. She gracefully resurfaced from the pool kinda like what the models do and walked over to Liza who gave her her towel. And James is still staring at her (with no malice).
