Chapter 6

Hey hey! How is everybody's lives going? Summer is so close... can't wait for vacation. Sadly, still need to finish a month of school:(. Ugh... well, I've planned the ending to this book and already started planning the sequel! Be sure to check every weekend since that's when I write and publish them!

I've decided to give you some things to know about me:

1. I dance!

2. I play the violin

3. I go to a private girl school!

4. I do swim team, tennis team and cross country

Piper's POV

Beep! Beep! Beep! The heart monitor beeped as I held Tyler's hand in the hospital. "I'm so sorry Tye, It's all my fault... if I never introduced them to you, you wouldn't be here right now!" Tears pricked my eyes as I looked at Tyler's unconscious body. It was all your fault Piper! A voice on my left shoulder told me. No! It wasn't your fault! The voice from my right shoulder said. There was a light knock on the room door,

"Piper?" I groaned. Jason.

"What do you want?" I snapped,

"I just wanted to apologize about what I did... I'm sorry. I lost control and I-" but I interrupted him,

"I don't care what you say, or what you do... I will never talk to you ever AGAIN! GET OUT!" I yelled as I pointed to the door. Jason looked at me sadly with those light blue eyes, nodded and left the room. I stood up from my chair and stood still...I couldn't take it anymore, to much confusion, so busy... I tried to move but my feet locked in place. The room started spinning, I felt dizzy, my throat felt dry and my chest hurt as it rised and lowered aggressively. My breathing quickened and my knees buckled and collapsed, letting the darkness pulling me in.

"Piper? Gosh, you just had a heart attack!" A familiar voice said. I slightly opened my eyes to see an uninjured Tyler holding my hand.

"Tyler... you're here" I whispered, Tyler nodded as tears formed in his eyes. "How long have I been out?" I asked quietly,

"About a week or so..." he answered. Wow, a week in complete darkness. "You'll be able to get out of here in a few days and then we can go back to our normal lives!" Tyler exclaimed. I happily sighed, good! Just a few more days. But that was probably the last happy moment in my life until the monsteres attacked.
