Damon's P.O.V.

I couldn't believe my little sister was here. It was overwhelming.

"So, what have you been doing all this time?" I asked.

"Well, most of the time I was searching for you. But I settled down in a few places."

"Where?" Stefan asked.

"I lived in Washington for a long time, then New York, Rome... What about you? Were you always together?"

"Uh, no." Stefan said. He was a little uncomfortable. I knew exactly why.

"Why? What happened?" Aria asked.

"It doesn't matter. Anyways, did you meet someone special?"

"Don't change the subject, tell me." She demanded.

"There's really nothing to tell."

"Stefan, what happened?" She was curious.

"Nothing." He said in a low voice.

"We didn't want to turn. We were prepared to die. But Stefan turned from father's blood and he convinced me. Since then I started hating him." I said.

I couldn't read Aria's expression.

"And... How are you together now?" She asked.

"Elena brought us together." I smiled. Elena had gone somewhere. She wanted us to have privacy.

"But now you're on good therms, right?"

"You can say that." I said.

"So, how was the life of Aria Salvatore, the Salvatore sister?"

"Good. Pretty good. When I was in Washington in 1918 I met this guy, Elliot. We fell in love, I turned him."

"Where is he now?" Stefan asked.

"He had some business back in Washington. He went there six months ago."

"Is he good to you? Should I beat him?" I teased.

"He's amazing." She chuckled.

"So, where is my room?" She asked with a big smile.

"I'll show you." I took her hand and we went up the stairs. At the end of the hallway was the biggest room. We didn't know what to do with it, but now it was Aria's new room. It was all white. When I opened the door she smiled.

"What do you think?"

"It's perfect." She jumped on the bed. She started laughing.

"Come!" I jumped next to her.

"I missed you so much." I looked at her hazel eyes.

"I missed you too." I put my arm around her and she rested on my shoulder.

"Damon?"

"Yes?"

"I lied."

"About what?"

"About Elliot."

"What about him?"

"I didn't want to tell Stefan. He'd hate me if I told him."

"Tell me, Aria." I got a little worried.

"Please don't be mad at me." She started crying.

"Hey hey hey! Shh.. Don't cry! Tell me, I promise I won't be mad. I would never be mad at you." I hugged her.
