"Thanks, I guess. For paying, not for following me back to my friends car." I monotonely said to him.

He rolled his eyes at me.

I slowly started to part ways from him, but he took my hand and pulled me behind a tree. We were inches from each other in this dark forest, but I could still see his eyes.

"You don't act like this. You're not that kinda girl."

I tried to walk away from him, but I couldn't leave without saying one last thing.

"You don't know me, Red. No one here knows me."

"You may think that, but you're fucking wrong." he whispered.

He took one of the three shots out of my hands and drank it. My mind was wandering. Why was I drawn to talk to him?

Why didn't I walk away when I had the chance?

"I-I have friends that are waiting.. For me.. So, yeah.. They're waiting.." I stuttered out. "Go find another girl, Red."

He took some of my hair and put it behind my ear.

"I don't want another girl right now. I want you to be mine."
