With a huge smile on my face, I answered the door.
"Hey Sam." Vic smiled shyly. "You.. You look great."
I couldn't help but smile back. "Thank you so much." We walked together down to the van where the rest of the guys waited. Low on space, I squeezed myself in the middle of Vic and Jaime. We drove to the other side of town; all of us talking loudly about our favorite movies.
Once we got into the theater, paid for our tickets, and found our way to our seats, PTV was nearly attacked by three girls.
"Ohmygosh! It's Pierce The Veil! We love you guys so much!" The shorter blonde girl screamed. The other two girls, a bit taller but annoying all the same, screamed along with her.
"Can we have your autographs?!" The guys agreed and signed their ticket stubs. I watched with a twinge of jealousy. But the closer I looked at their faces I noticed, they looked very uncomfortable.
"They really don't like fangirls," I thought to myself. I began to feel thankful that I was even sitting here. Lost in thought, I felt someone's hand rest on mine.
"Thinking much?" Vic smirked. I smiled just as the movie was starting. About half way through the movie I noticed Vic's hand never left mine. I looked over at his face. He watched the movie with a peaceful look. He had a small smile. I felt my someone nudge my ribs.
"Wha-" I looked to see Jaime was grinning along with Mike.
"You guys should date." Jaime started laughing while Mike winked playfully. Rolling my eyes I looked back at the movie. Jaime and Mike still wouldn't let it go. Giggling about their little jokes caused Vic to wonder.
"What is going on? What's so funny?"
Breathing in enough air to speak, Mike told Vic what they thought. Even in the dark theater room we could all see Vic blush which only caused Mike and Jaime to howl in more laughter. They laughed all the way out of the theater and to the van.
When we almost arrived back at my place, the craze in the guys began to die down.
"They're so cute when they're sleepy-" What was I thinking?? These guys are my friends. Why would I start a relationship with any of them? But my mind couldn't help but flash with thoughts of Vic. I could feel his warmth against me. He noticed my stare and smiled the cutest smile I'd ever seen. I looked away quickly and blushed.
Tony pulled into the parking lot of my apartment complex. Vic volunteered to walk me to my door. Stumbling with exhaustion we made it to my door. I unlocked the door and invited him inside.
"I can't I'm sorry." He looked disappointed. "We have to be up early tomorrow for the concert. Same with you! I'll call you in the morning." Again he smiled his heart stopping smile. Having just had my heart melt, I smiled back and gave him a hug. Before I knew it our lips somehow connected. My inside were the warmest they'd ever been and my heart was beating faster than it should have been. Quickly I backed away. Vic looked confused so I smiled and said "Call me in the morning," before shutting my door.
Jumping on my bed, I cuddled my favorite stuffed animal and relaxed to go to sleep. But my mind wouldn't stop working.
I just kissed Victor Vincent Fuentes, leader of my most favorite band Pierce The Veil. I squealed to myself. I couldn't believe this was happening! For the first time in a very long time, I went to sleep without any nightmares.
