"I am a man, man, man, man up, up in the air. And I run around, 'round, 'round, 'round this town town and act like I don't care. So when you see me flying by the planet's moon, You don't need to explain if everything's changed
Just know I'm just like you."

"Leo," I screamed once I entered his room, "You've got to be kidding me!"

His room looked like a tornado had hit, but that wasn't the reason I was mad. It was his room and it would be a little hypocritical of me, after all my room wasn't much better.

It wasn't the fact that every Lego piece he owned was on the floor, again no big deal. But I wasn't wearing any shoes and I was currently stepping on a handful of Legos. I was almost positive my foot was bleeding, hell, a piece was probably going to be permanently lodged in my foot.

Despite my loud screech neither Leo or Violet woke up. Speaking of Violet she seemed to be wearing a pair of Star Wars printed pajamas (which were most definitely the same ones I had bought Leo for his birthday). Leo was sleeping on the floor next to the bed while Violet was snugly wrapped in his comforter on the bed.

"Alright guys it's time to wa—" the slam of the front door made my mouth go dry and I was out of the room and racing down the stairs.

Dear Jesus if you're real I just ask of you this one favor. I swear I'll repent from my sins and never use your name in vain again. I'll even start going to church again and put money in that little basket they pass around.

An uncomfortable feeling settled in my stomach as I neared the bottom of the stairs. My fingers were crossed tightly, hoping that this was one of the rare occasions in my life where nothing went wrong.

My shoulders relaxed slightly when my eyes met yellow irises and long limbs.

"You scared the absolute shit out of me, Jasper." I let out a sigh and looked at the familiar sight of my childhood friend in front of me.

Shrugging he replied, "It's not my fault you never took back the key you gave me." He dangled a silver key decorated with cat stickers and sharpie.

"Yeah in between fighting off the social worker with a stick and reassuring concerned family members I must of forgot." Walking towards him I held out my hand and impatiently tapped my foot to piss him off.

"Sorry its got my name on it, making it mine. You're welcome to try and get it." He slipped the key into his pocket and held his arms up in a challenging manner.

"That key isn't worth touching your 4 day old jeans. What's the purpose of your visit anyway? Didn't 15 year old me state she never wanted to see you again and give you a hand drawn map to hell?" Walking towards the kitchen I felt Jasper trailing after me.

He scoffed, "Yeah you did except I could barely understand what you were saying. I could've sworn there was foam coming out of your mouth. Not to mention the cuss words that interrupted every other word."

Ignoring his comment I walked into the kitchen and spotted Orion washing his bowl.
Walking over to him my fingers lightly touched his back.

"Do you go to church?" I asked leaning on the counter next to him.

"Yes," he said hesitantly, "my mother, sister and I go on Sunday, any particular reason for the interest?"
