I think Canon, Kaylee, and I sit here for a good five minutes, just staring at the guys. We then look at each other, and burst into giggles.
"That's a nice thought, but you honestly don't have to offer because you feel bad," Canon hiccups, still laughing uncontrollably.
"We aren't offering out of pity, we actually enjoy your company, and Andy got to choose who we take on tour this year," Jake laughs. "Not that any of us are complaining. You're all hot."
Austin slides his arms around Canon. "Watch it, Pitts," he growls, and Jake holds his hands up in surrender, still smiling.
"Ladies, Ladies," Canon starts, patting both boys on the chest. "You're both beautiful."
Kaylee sits frozen, quiet like I am. "This is a dream," she whispers.
"I want to wake up now!" I say, my eyes filled with horror. "I don't like the part where I get all disappointed!" Kaylee laughs nervously in agreement. I don't think Black Veil Brides knows what to say to this.
"Hey, I'm having a grand ol' time," Canon muses, draping her arms around the boys' necks. Austin rolls his eyes, and Jake smirks. I roll my eyes internally a him. What an idiot.
"This isn't fake," CC says quietly, putting his hand on top of Kaylee's. "This is real, and I'd be really sad if you guys said no."
It takes Kaylee all of 3.78 seconds of staring at their untwined hands to blurt out a yes. CC fist-pumps the air with his free hand, gently hugging Kaylee to his side.
"But Kaylee, aren't you an in-stay patient here?" I ask, and her face freezes, before breaking into a grin.
"Oh yeah! That's right! They're discharging me today! It's a birthday present I guess, but since I'm getting better, they said I'm free to go!" I take time to process this, before I squeal, hugging her and jumping in my seat, aka the spot on the bed, and she laughs.
"Now you have the outfit to leave too," Canon jokes, and we all laugh.
I feel a body sink behind me, and tattooed arms snake around me. "Now it's just you and Canon."
"Hey, pal, it's just B-Bear over there who needs to agree. I'm down," Canon objects, earning a chuckle from Austin before he goes back to nuzzling her neck. I feel all eyes on me, including the blue-eyed hottie behind me. I squirm and grab one of Andy's arms, covering my eyes with his palm. "A don-don-don staaaaarrre," I cry out, making them all burst into a giggle fit, and I can even feel Andy's hand shaking from how hard he's laughing. I groan, dropping my face in my own hands, releasing his. I feel myself being pulled into a chest, and I lean comfortably into it, not thinking. But as I feel Andy's arms snake around my waist, I realize how much we look like a couple.
Everyone sobers up, still sporting their smiles, and Andy murmurs in my ear, "so what do you say? Go on tour with us?" I purse my lips, making a long hum, tapping my chin thoughtfully. I freeze when his nose nuzzles my ear. "Go on tour with me?"Well damn.
*.*.*.*.*.*.*.*
I told them yes. I'm such an idiot. I friggin told them yes. Dad is going to do worse than a fluffing crowbar! I wince at my ankle, a constant reminder for the next six months that my father can and probably will kill me.
Andy, who I had managed to convince to let me walk in fifteen long minutes, notices and stops me, scooping me up. I groan, knocking my head against his chest. Fifteen precious minutes down the drain. I cry.
He laugh and kisses the top of my head. "I'm sorry, I just don't like seeing you in pain."
"But I'm not in pain," I complain grouchily. He mimics my voice in a really annoying way, and I decide to do what I do best.
"Hey, Kaylee, Canon? Do you hear something?" I ask as all of us walk out of the sliding hospital doors. They look confused before smirking, suddenly realizing what I'm doing.
"No, B-Bear," Canon says, looking at Kaylee, who shares a look with Canon.
"We don't hear anything," Kaylee agrees. She looks just as happy and elated as I thought she'd look I'm that dress. She even seems to glow a bit.
"Hmm. It must be a ghost. That's the only explanation. That, and I'm floating in the air. " The rest of bvb seems to catch on, and snickers, while Andy looks confused. I continue to go on about the ghost, and everyone keeps playing along. Because of this, Ashley, Jinxx, CC, and Jake are pretty much dying by the time we reach our cars.
Andy pretty much caught on halfway down the parking lot, and has been trying to get me to talk to him.
Everyone decides to go take Canon to pack, so we go their separate ways, leaving Andy and I alone.
He sets me down,
And I start to skip back to his black car, but I'm pulled back into him. I'm shocked when I feel him nuzzling my neck. His hands hold my waist to him, and his thumbs graze my sides, making me pretty much brain dead. If you asked me how to spell my name, I'd be at a loss.
"Don't ignore me." He murmurs in my ear, before spinning me around, one arm still wrapped around my waist. Taking my hand with his free one, he places it over his heart. "It hurts me right here."
I think I'd jump off a cliff if he told me to at the moment, no, I know I would staring into his beautiful blue puppy dog eyes right now.
Realizing that he's waiting for an answer, I stutter out, "O-Okay." He breaks out into a smirk and swiftly scoops me back up, walking me to his car, while I'm stuck thinking about how I'm going to lie to my dad for three months.*.*.*.*.*.*.*.*
The boys decide we'll leave for tour after my ankle check up today. It's been three weeks since the break, and the doctor called yesterday saying I needed another X-ray. It makes me nervous, especially since Dad doesn't know, but I know I have to get it done.
I've been avoiding Dad like the plague. If he had the day off, I woke up extra early and started work two hours earlier than normal, and if he didn't work the weekends, I found some excuse to stay out of the house all day. He also doesn't know about Mom's meds, which I intend to keep it that way.
Mom is also doing pretty well. She's only shown signs of her dementia twice in the past three weeks, which the doctor says is remarkable. She's a bit more depressed lately, but she hasn't been hit. Apparently Dad would literally beat the memory back into her, and since she's better, I guess there's no need to. I can tell he's happy about that, because I've actually started to observe him. The way his eyes soften at the sight of Mom, how his tone turns gentler. It makes me sick.
It makes me sad I'm going to have to leave her here alone. But if I don't, we'll probably have to live in the UK forever, just to escape my father. Precious Jeffery Anders, the multi billionaire lawyer who secretly beats his family.
Speaking of family, Mason seems to be getting desperate. He still hasn't given up on his whole nice brother facade, but I know he'll break soon. You don't just change after a week without your twin.
My thoughts are it off by a quiet knock on the door. I quickly rush out of the house, making sure I have everything before locking all three of our locks, to buy us extra time of my dad was woken up. I turn to see Canon, hand still positioned to knock, with shock written all over her face. She quickly shrugs it off as I reach her Chevy truck, and follows me into the car to take me to the hospital.*.*.*.*.*.* (I know, there are a lot of time jumps XD)
I practically skip out of the hospital, grinning from ear to ear. Canon barges out after me, yelling at me as I spin and jump down the steps. I start running, quickly performing two cartwheels, which earns me a string of cuss words from Canon. It's only when I land from my flip and feel pain shoot up my leg that I stop.
I start to stumble when someone catches me. "Woah there, tiger, what're you doing? You shouldn't be running on that ankle." I look up in those hypnotizing blue eyes that I've grown to love and grin.
"Running? Is that all she was doing. Where. Were. You? Huh, huh? She was spinning flipping, going all Shall We Dance on me." I laugh at Canon's words, but Andy didn't find them funny.
He grabs my arms and starts scolding me. "Are you crazy? You shattered your ankle! Are you--"
"No I didn't! See?" I say, kicking my leg up straight, catching it so I'm in a famous dance position, along with showing Andy the brace. His eyebrow cocks up, confused.
"What?"
"Yeah! They accidentally showed me somebody else's x-ray! It turns out I just bruises it severely, but the bruising and swelling is almost gone now." Andy laughs, and hugs me to him as my leg goes down, kissing the top of my head.
"What am I going to do with you?"
