"Elementals, it has been an absolute pleasure and privilege housing you," Juto bowed. I've told him to cut it out, his old butt bowing to my youthful one doesn't make sense.
Come back when you wish. In terra eorum Dracones will always be open to the Elementals. Celia added, not exactly standing on the ground but hovering.
I roll my eyes and pet Squishy's wing absently, "Juto, Celia, it's us who should flatter you both."
"As if," Juto scoffed, "You may not officially have the title as a princess but in my heart you are my queen. The dwarves have already begun to work on the weapons you'll need. I can safely assume when you arrive they will be ready. King Igor awaits,
"Please, accept these gifts." Juto smiles and motioned behind him.
Dwelves came scurrying forward, each holding either a tiara or a crown.
A particularly small one held a blue and silver tiara up to me, stretching on her toes to try and reach my arms limit. "A g-gift from the n-noble Riders and dragons."
I smile and fall onto one knee in front of her, I see she has more dwarf in her as she's not as tall as the other dwelves nor as sharp in her features. "Place it on my head?"
Her deeply purple eyes grew with shock but stepped closer. Even kneeling I'm taller than her. Finally!
She gingerly placed the tiara on my head, unsurely brushing a stray strand behind my ear.
"What's your name?" I tilt my head.
She took a step back and hunched her shoulders, not looking at me, "Nue, madam."
I peer up, "Juto, may I have Nue as my own?"
"Of course," Juto said, grinning like a grandpa who just wishes to please his grandchild.
"So how 'bout it?" I ask eagerly. I do want to try and change the Enchantains views on dwelves so I may as well have one of my own.
Nue took a step back, "Y-y-you're asking for my o-opinion?" she squeaked, covering her mouth.
"I am."
Without warning, she threw herself at my feet, "Oh!"
We all watched as the dwelf had her moment. After a minute I picked up her tiny form and planted her on the ground. She took a breath of air and said, "Yes, Elemental Melody. I would love to join you."
"Excellent," I clap.
We mount our Creature Warriors and the dragons transform. Nue was small enough to fit on Blaze, Reason's phoenix.
Before anyone could fly off, I tap my finger on my cheek, "I think we're forgetting something."
Literally on que, Larkus rushed out of the trees carrying a light brown satchel. Juto, Larkus and I had a long talk this morning
Larkus doubled over, being a little too dramatic with his heavy breathing. "Phew, thought I missed you guys."
Purposely, I tune into Cherry's emotions and become happy when I feel her exuberance. We need more romance, more love in our group.
Larkus bowed to both me and Juto, "Father, Queen Melody, with your permission I'd like to follow the Elementals and help in any way I can."
Juto and I share a secretive smile. I like this wizard, I can definitely see how him and Zayden got along.
"Son, it's about time you leave. The dwarves will have your Riders Sword made exact to Cherry's scale color." Juto crossed his arms behind his back and shots a wink towards Cherry.
