When your heart is broken there are many stages you go through. Currently I am in the most-likely-to-do-something-stupid-and-dangerous stage.

"You don't have to come," I say for the millionth time.

"Yes but we want to." Aliyah replies.

"And so we will." Kyle smirks.

I shrug my shoulders, "Your funeral,"

"Do you really have to do this?" Zane asked.

I look fixedly at Izabelle knowing she would side with me.

"A truce is what we need. Lives will be lost and blood will spill. I may be known as the Queen of Warriors but I'd rather not hand Death brave souls." Izabelle responds.

"Angels, evacuate the village. Shifters, get rid of the shops and homes. All that should be left is the castle." Aliyah instructs. I admire her take charge attitude and often think she'd be a much better fit for the Water Elemental leader.

"Where do we send them?" Vivian glances at me.

"Lumen Bellator. I grant admission to your people." Izabelle smiles gracefully. I can only hope that one day I'll be half of the woman she is.

"Great. Get them there, will you?" I then place my hands on Kyle and Aliyah's arms, teleporting us to the castle's gate.

"Sinard, we request entrance. There's a wench I have to speak with."

Sinard laughs, "Please do."

The gates swung open.

It all reminded me of the first time I walked through these cobblestone streets except it is no longer alive with activity and joy. Another place Darkness wrapped its disgusting hands on.

I press my lips in a thin line. This village is a part of my castle, which is known as the Light Kingdom. How such evil could even touch this very ground spikes my temper.

Light itself won't kick Darkness out but I'm all too pleased to do it.

"I have never felt so dirty, so contaminated. Oh, how I longed for you to come. Laufeia has been trying to tap into my magic." Azarlus informs.

"I should have come back sooner. How are you?"

"Whole, now that you are back on your rightful soil."

I grin, self-assured, "Will you aid the Elementals in the war?"

"Merely asking is ridiculous. Your kind are the force behind my creation. I stand with you."

We reach the front doors and I thrust them open. "Honey, I'm home!" I holler. Kyle snickers.

I look up. The once blue chandler is now a sickly green. "Ew," I wave my hand and it's back to its beautiful color.

August the stable keeper, Felia and Chef come bustling in.

Chef puffs up, "Melody it is too dangerous here."

"The most dangerous things in Enchantment are standing before you trying to take their kingdom back. We'll be waiting in the conference room."

Once there we got comfortable. Chef brought is food and drinks.

Then we waited.

After two minutes Kyle got up and began to pace.

"Sit down," I hiss.

"No puedo, estoy tan nervioso." (I can't, I'm so nervous) He began twiddling his thumbs.

"Me estas poniendo nervioso. Tener algo de beber," (You are making me nervous. Have something to drink,)
