I was half asleep when I felt Ryan shuffle under me, I felt him play with my hair and then whisper in my ear "happy birthday princess." I lifted my head and looked up at him. "Thank you my prince." I replied whilst lightly chuckling. "You excited to get your presents later?" I nodded. "What time is it?" "7:04am why?" "Should I sneak back to my room before someone comes in?" I asked. "It'll be fine, just stay here you're keeping me warm." He replied. I nodded, then laid back down on his chest and shut my eyes. I quickly fell back asleep cause when I next woke up, I opened my eyes to see I was alone in Ryan's bed. I looked at his clock on his bedside table to see it was 11:18am, woah I didn't realise I slept in for that long. I got up and went into the bathroom to get ready for the day. As soon as I got downstairs, I went into the dining room to see Jody sat in there. I sat next to her just as Ryan walked in and sat opposite me. "So, Katie I woke up randomly last night expecting you to be asleep in your bed but you weren't there... Where were you?" I looked over at Ryan and then looked at Jody. "Erm.. well... you see... Ryan and I spoke for a while and then I just fell asleep." Then Ryan started talking. "She looked too cute when she was asleep and I didn't wanna move her, so she slept in my room with me." "Fair enough." She replied. May-lee then walked in. "Oh afternoon guys. Lunch is ready everyone." She shouted to the others. Once everyone was in the dining room we all started eating our food. When we were done, Mike starting singing then everyone else joined in. "Happy birthday to you, happy birthday to you, happy birthday to Katieeee, happy birthday to you!"
When they finished I couldn't stop smiling at them all. "So, do you wanna open your presents?" Mike asked. "I have presents?!" I questioned surprisingly. He nodded and told everyone to go sit in the lounge. I sat on the floor in the middle next to Ryan. The first presents I opened were some pens and pencils from Harry, Finn and Mo and a big colouring book from Floss, Tony and Billie which I thanked them for. Next, I got given a phone case from Tee & Carmen with photos of us three on and a couple of books from Jody and Kazima (Tracy beaker & Hetty feather) which I am so happy with. I then got a cd of one directions album from Bailey, Sasha and Tyler which I loved cause they're my fave band and I also got £15 from Mike. "Okay your last presents are quite special, so Ryan you go first." May-lee said. I looked at Ryan as he gave me a small, cute looking box. I opened it to find a Pandora bracelet with a charm of a boy and girl on it. "The boy and girl represents you and your brother." He spoke as he pointed at it. "It's adorable thank you so much." I then opened my best friend Holly's present which was a silver charm with my birth month on it. "Here's my present Katie." May-lee spoke as she gave me a little box. I opened it to find a charm of a house. I smiled and got up to hug May-lee. "Thank you." "No problem, no matter where you are you'll always find home." She replied. I didn't realise until Carmen spoke that I was crying. "Aw it's okay Katie, here's your present from your brother." I took the present from Mikes hand and opened it. "Omg driving lessons, awesome!!" "Eek look out everyone." Mike joked. Everyone laughed. "Thank you so much everyone, I've never been happier. You're all like family to me. Anyway, I'm going to go cleaned up and I'll be back down in a bit." I put all my presents in a bag and took them upstairs to my room. When I got into my room I changed my phone case to the one of my and the girls then texted Holly to say thank you for the charm.
Just as I was leaving my room Ryan came in, closed the door behind him and sat down on my bed. "Come sit I wanna talk to you." I then sat opposite him on my bed and waited for him to talk. "So did you like all your presents?" He asked. "I sure did." "Where's your bracelet and all the charms?" I got them out and watched as he put all the charms on. He then put it down and got something out of his pocket. "Close your eyes and open your hands." So I did what he said and soon felt something in my hand. I opened my eyes to see a charm in my hand. I looked closer to see it was a charm of a silver diamond heart with a bit of pink on and that has a gold crown on top. "This is for you." "Ryan it's beautiful, I love it!" "I'm glad you do, it's because you're a princess and I'll always love you." I then starting crying and replied. "I love you so much." He then shuffled closer to me and gave me a peck on the lips. I then got up to put the last charm on and put my finished bracelet on my wrist. Once I had put it on Ryan grabbed me by my waist and pulled me onto his lap. "Does it look good?" I asked as I showed him my bracelet. "It looks great." He replied. For a while I just sat in his lap with my head snuggled into his neck.

Suddenly, we heard a knock at the door. "Come in." I spoke, but not bothering to move from my comfy position on Ryan's lap. Tee walked in, "hey Katie it's.. Oh sorry was I disrupting something?" "No haha I was just having a cuddle with my girl." Ryan answered. "Oh okay good, I just wanted to say dinners ready soon." "Thanks Tee, we'll come down now." She nodded and walked out. As I got up I heard Ryan groan. "Haha, I'll cuddle you more tomorrow okay?" "Do you promise?" "Here's my promise." I spoke as I walked up to him and gave him a kiss whilst 'accidentally' leaning on his crotch. I smirked as I wandered off.
I went into the dining room to see everyone watching some television and as I sat down, I saw Ryan walk into the dining room. "Dinner everyone!" I heard Mike shout. I followed everybody to the table and sat down next to Ryan who whispered in my hair. "Tease." I smiled and turned to eat my dinner. For dessert we had some chocolate mousse, which was one of my favourites. As I was putting a spoonful of it in my mouth I felt a squeeze on my thigh. I looked down and then to the side of me to see Ryan smirking slightly. I coughed and carried on eating. When I had finished I said goodnight to everyone and decided to go to bed. When I had got in my pjs, I put my phone on charge and turned over to go to sleep only to be awoken by my phone buzzing. I picked it up to see it was my brother calling. "Hello?" I heard him speak. "Hey bro, what's up?" "Just wanted to say happy birthday to my lil sis, how's your day been?" "Aw thank you, it's been really good. I love my present I got from you!" "Oh good I'm glad. Let me know how you do when you start." "Will do." "Anyway, I'll speak to you soon Katie. I'm tired ahah" "Okay goodnight Chris." I said as I hung up. After that, I put my phone down and went off to sleep.
