Things with me and Ed have been great. Although we have to sneak around and not being around each other when my dad's in the room. I'm scared about tonight because its the last day of the American leg of the RED Tour. In Nashville. I'm scared. Not only scared, but sad and happy at the same time. Happy because I can finally go to Australia and New Zealand in two months, but sad because Ed's not coming with me. This is the last time I get to sing Everything Has Changed with him. This is the last time I get to hug him up there on that stage. Do we have to break up? What happens next? I'm sad about the fans more than anything. I'm gonna miss their screams, their tears, their anticipation. They're the loves of my life and I'm not ready to leave them yet. I hear Ed walk in then I realize I'm crying. I quickly wipe my tears and turn towards him.
"Hey E-" then he kissed me. It was beautiful. I felt so much emotion and love and sadness. I'm gonna miss this with all my heart. I find myself crying again then Ed starts to comfort me.
"Don't worry, I'm gonna make this night unforgettable."
"What do you mean?"
"You'll see."
I looked him in the eye then thought about all 65 of those amazing shows. All 65 of those hugs. The trampoline. All the amazing memories. It went by so fast, it hurts. We stood there in each other's arms until my dad came in.
"Hey, dad."
"Hey, um, I'm sorry. I know you must feel horrible having to leave Ed this way. He's a great guy and I'm glad you two got know each other. Thank you, Ed."
"No problem, thank you."
"Well anyway, we gotta get out of here and get this show started."
"Alright, we'll be out in a few." He closed the door and left.
"Ed, I'm gonna miss you..."
"I'm gonna miss you too, Taylor."
"Do we have to break up?"
"....I think so...."
"Ugh, why am I so stupid?!"
"What are you talking about?"
"I shouldn't have waited so long. I liked you way before I even told you and I took forever to confess it. Now we've only been dating for 2 months and I already have to break up with you."
"This is just as much my fault as it is yours. I should've said something, too.... I'm sorry it had to end this way."
"It's alright. Promise me you'll make this the best night we've had together since this tour even started."
"Oh, I will. Now, lets go."
He took my hand and we walked into the last stadium I'll play until Australia and New Zealand. The last stadium of The RED Tour: North America.....
