I meet Sharon at the address of the office Fury directed us. We follow the directions on the paper to a room with many computers. It's empty. Fury must have had it reserved for us. Many files surround the desks. A lot have HYDRA symbols and SHEILD symbols. He must have put these in here too.

"I'll take SHEILD files and you do HYDRA?" Sharon asks.

I nod in response and we go to work. Unfortunately most of the information in the files is outdated. Ever since we defeated the HYDRA members who infiltrated SHEILD, most of our data has been inaccurate when it comes to HYDRA.

"Finding anything Steve?" Sharon asks.

"No. What about you?"

"No noth- oh wait. I found something sort of related. Natasha's records."

I turn my chair towards Sharon. "Anything that could give away her location?"

"No, but a lot on her past." She hands me the file. "You read it. She knows you better. Maybe she trusts you a little better. Only right that you know."

I take the file and read. I read the details about what she was involved in. I read about her experience in the Red Room. I read about her brutal training. The jobs and assassinations she's carried out. I read her dark past. Now I understand.

After taking in all that was in her file, I put it back in the SHEILD pile and continue to sift through HYDRA's stuff. I also use the computers to search for anything related to this assassin group. After what feels like hours, I find something.

I managed to uncover a roster for members of the Russians Girls Assassin's League. Many of them have something in common. They were all trained in the Red Room like Natasha. I look around and see if they had contacted any more recruits. Sure enough, as I look through the list, I find Natasha's name. I notice that she has not given an answer yet. She was put on the list to contact again.

"Sharon. I found something. Something that explains a whole lot."

"What is it?" she asks wheeling her chair towards my screen.

"Apparently those women in the Russian Girls Assassin's League were all trained in the Red Room."

"Like where Nat was trained."

"Exactly. And look. This is a list of all they have contacted. Nat is on this list, but it says she never gave an answer."

"That must be why-"

"Why she left," Fury interrupts as he enters the office. "I was going to tell you myself. I had managed to find a recording of her latest phone conversation. Steve, look at that roster. Is there an Ashley Porter on the list?"

I look. "She's listed as the leader."

"Ashley Porter was Agent Romanov's old bunkmate in her..." he pauses, "training days. She contacted Romanov two days ago requesting she join them again and threatened to hurt her if she didn't join. She threatened to hurt you and the other Avengers too."

"And that's why she left," Sharon cuts in.

"That's right."

"So do we have a location on Nat?" I ask.

"Not yet, but I'm still working. She shut off anything in her car that could lead to us tracking her, but I'm trying to see if there's any way I can override that or find something she missed. Agent Romanov is thorough so it won't be easy. You two keep going with the records. See if you can find a location on that assassin's league or Ashley Porter. I heard in the conversation that she's gonna be around so keep your eyes open. This is her," he says pulling up a picture on his phone.

"If we get a location on Nat what do we do?" I ask.

"You're asking a lot of questions about her. Focus on the mission." Fury then leaves.

Sharon puts her hand on my shoulder. "We'll find her, Steve." It's almost as if she knows.

We continue to sift through files, websites, codes, and programs. We manage to find a general location for the new HYDRA base on the very tip of Siberia. Hopefully we can find exactly where it is soon
