Through the blood

through the dreams

through all the "could have"s and the "would have"s

the dead surround you

their screams fill your ears

their blood stains your tongue

their agony thrills you

two of your brothers are no longer among you

THE TASK

Welcome to the Finals! Congratulations to TheCatKingalmostkarla, and annie1loves1you. It was the closest voting we've had so far, which made it very stress-inducing for us judges. So, we're going to keep it nice and simple for you.

THOSE WHO CONTINUED TO DRINK: Congratulations. With your continuation of slaughtering the innocent, you have reached the blood high's big, bad friend-- the blood frenzy. When your character finally steps away, the hallucinations will not end. In fact, they'll intensify a thousand times over. These will end with you character coming to the belief that everyone, everyone around them is trying to kill them. So, naturally, they'll try to cut the head off the snake. In your entry, you will kill Gareth Kors of the North, the last remaining member of the original clan. Do this any way you see fit, however upon his death, your final ties to the clan will be severed. This will be just as bad as Caroline, except this time you believe it's everyone else who is causing the pain. In your entry, you must kill the other two contestants, the person you turned (if they're still with you) anyone else you see fit. Whatever the repercussions of this are, dying yourself, losing your mind, or anything else, is entirely up to you.

THOSE WHO WALKED AWAY: Congratulations to you too, you saints. You get to watch this all take place. One of your fellow clan members ripping people you know to shreds. When you see this begin to take place, you have two options. You can run, or you can try to kill them before they can do any more damage. Trying to stop them, however, might mean drinking more and maybe even resulting in your death. That's an acceptable ending. Your character does not have to make it through this task. If you run, however, you won't find life any more enjoyable. Ten people is a lot, and surely at some point somebody noticed they were missing. Perhaps the media has caught wind and people are now actively searching for you. Maybe you start a clan of your own. It's up to you.

DEADLINE

Because many of the contestants have finals,we'll make the deadline a little longer. You will have until DECEMBER 19th, at 7:00 P.M. PDT to complete the task. Voting will go up shortly after entries, and with any luck we'll have this all wrapped up before Christmas.

BUT WAIT

LightOfTheMooneh

Panem_

Your story doesn't have to end here. Like we said before, the voting was excruciatingly close. Seriously, we would much rather have teeth pulled than have to see a voting like this again. So, if you would like to give your character's some closure (because they were both absolutely brilliant), we've prepared a Mini-Task for you. They would go up with the finalists, and be voted on, but instead of 1st, 2nd, or 3rd place, you would be competing for 4th and the Wild Card.

This is, of course, entirely optional and you are in no way obligated to do it. We'd understand if you didn't. But if you do, the task is very easy: All you have to do is write the final scene of your character. This doesn't have to mean death, maybe they just left and never looked back. It's entirely up to you.

We have also decided to extend our previous gift to the semi finalists to where you will receive insider information on any of our games indefinitely, such as plots, reservation dates, even task advice should you decide to come compete with us again. This is a final thank you for your participation.
