Physical Appearance: Kylar has the appearance of a striking, young man. His rather short hair is often messily swept in different directions, the usually brown hair dipped in a natural golden blonde at the tips. The color of dark chocolate, his eyes are often easy to get lost within, and the different shades of chocolate brown are layered with a touch of light to create a swirling, hot chocolate effect. They radiate warmth and joy most of the time, but sometimes the melted chocolate of his eyes can cool and harden when he's angry or even just when he's feeling down. His smile is radiant when he's feeling joy, and it's something about him that truly shines. Yet, his frown has an effect of the same strength; it's easily noticeable, and often emits raw sorrow. It's rare though, and most of the time he's seen with a joyous or neutral face. He supports a strong jawline, and his defined cheekbones are high. With a rather slim yet slightly muscular figure, he stands quite tall, towering above a number of his friends at 6' 1''.
Personality: While he seems to be a rather bold guy on the outside, Kylar's truly an introvert when it comes to character. He's especially shy around new people, and often lets his best friend, Blythe, speak for him when it comes to talking to others. When he's around family or someone he knows really well like Blythe, his true character surfaces. He has a large sense of of humor underneath, and is often sarcastic. He's a really funny deep down, and often is the one bringing a smile to the faces of all of his family members and close friends. He has a knack for adventure despite his shy side, and his true personality would definitely be described as wild and daring. While he has a likeable personality underneath, he never really shows it off, so most of the time he doesn't get a chance to show off his wild side. The only one who's ever really seen his real self is Blythe, and it's probably going to stay like that for a while until he learns more about social skills. He's also a really smart guy, and is often the intelligence for both, Blythe and himself.
Background: When Kylar was little, he was a rather bright guy who was often throwing a smile everywhere he went. He had a lot of friends, but most weren't ever truly real. They all liked him for his popularity, and he began to realize the truth after one friend betrayed him by telling the school a secret of his. That's when he started building up his walls. Eventually, most of them began to leave him alone, and all of his likable traits were forgotten. This summer before entering high school, he was out pursuing one of his favorite hobbies- kite flying. There, he met Blythe for the first time when each of them let the other win a round. They struck a friendship, and thinking they'd never be seeing each other again, they parted ways. They met again as freshman the following school year, and their friendship rocketed from their. Kylar found a true friend who wanted to be his friend for who he really was, and he met a girl who seemed to be in a rather difficult time of her life. He helped her through it, and they've been great friends ever since then. He's the only one allowed to call his best friend by her full name, but most of the time he sticks to calling her the nickname, 'Bee'. He lets her call him 'Ky', but whenever anyone else does it, especially his family, he hates it with a passion.
Strengths: One of Kylar's largest strengths is his intelligence. He's quick to solving any problems, and his logic is far above average. It's gotten him through a lot of difficult challenges, and is bound to help though more. When Blythe began going to gym and working out, Kylar accompanied her as he helped her through it all. In the process, he became just as athletic, and he has some muscle despite his rather slim figure. He's good at reading people, and can often find the problem if they're feeling down, especially with Blythe who it seems he knows inside out. Blythe is one of his greatest strengths. She and him have been through lots together, and they really can't live without the other. They're a really good team despite their varying personalities, and sometimes, unity is one of the strongest things there is.
Weaknesses: A lot like Blythe, it's hard for Kylar to trust especially after the many fake friends of his childhood and the one who betrayed him. He finds it hard to socialize which results in the lack of too many friends. He really dislikes letting people down, and failing others is one of his greatest fears. He really doesn't like seeing others unhappy either, and while he tried to cheer them up, other's grief or sorrow often gets to him. He's often sympathetic that way, and usually others can act sad to get him weak before going forward to attack. Despite his rather cheerful persona, he is often someone with pessimistic thoughts, thinking more negative than positive.
