Chapter 11: The party of a lifetime
“Light! are you still there!?” I call out, “I am here Luna, but I think that someone blindfolded me” Light replies. Thank goodness he is alright, but how does he sound so calm? I can not believe he isn’t worried, or maybe he is but he is hiding it.
I feel ponies walking me along, “Don’t worry Luna and Light it’s just me!” yells out a familiar voice, “Pinkie Pie!? Is that you?” Light and I ask in panic. “Well duh, of cause it’s me, I mean who else would it be, I mean would any other pony blindfold you?” replies Pinkie Pie. “Where are we going Pinkie?” I say in a sigh of relief, “To the party of cause!” yells Pinkie Pie in reply. And we really needed to be blindfolded for this, wow, Pinkie Pie sure is an over enthusiastic pony.
I feel as if we have been walking for miles and miles. Suddenly we come to a stop and hear all the chattering and talking of the ponies stop. I feel as if we are playing pin the tail on the pony.
Suddenly a pony whips off my blindfold and I am presented to practically everypony in Ponyville, they are all bowing down. I can see where we are; we are at Apple Jacks barn. Wow Pinkie Pie sure has done a great job; there are beautiful multi-coloured streamers hung up everywhere, flower hanging up from the trees and on the tables, there are tables with piles of delicious food on them and there are sparklers on the tables as well. I look at Light and he looks at me, we both start laughing and soon everypony at the party is laughing.
“Thankyou for setting this up Pinkie Pie” I say as I turn to face Pinkie. “That’s ok, do you like it Luna? Do you like it Light? I was going to do it earlier but we got a bit behind schedule, do you like the food? I though you would like the party being at night because you raise the moon and all. Fluttershy is ok she just walked with us. The blindfolding was my idea! I hoped you’d like it, did you? I even have some great party games we can play; pin the tail on the pony, a dancing game with a twist ummm what are the other ones?” Pinkie says in reply.
“Yeah, I can see you put lot of work into it, I love the food” says Light to Pinkie Pie already hopping into the food. I start to laugh and giggle. “Okey dokey lokey, hope you have fun” says Pinkie Pie as she bounces away. I can tell that this is going to be the party of a lifetime.
