Chapter 17: The third country day

“Well, which pony should we see today?” asks Light as we are getting ready. “I don’t know, how about we just see the first pony we meet” I reply. “That’s fine with me” says Light. We get ready, to leave and I pack my bag, “bye, Twilight and Spike, we are going now” I say. “See ya Light and Luna” says Spike. “Oh, Princess Luna, Light, while you are gone can you please ask Apple Jack for some apples for me. Here is the money, I’m sorry I can’t come, I have to study” says Twilight. “Sure thing, Twilight” says Light and I at the same time as I take the coins and put them in my bag. “Thanks, Princess and Light, I owe you one,” exclaims Twilight. Light opens the door for me, “after you Luna” he says, “thanks” I reply as I start blushing. This is the third great day, and what great adventures it will bring.

We keep walking down the path as ponies bow down when we walk past. I really wish they wouldn’t always do that. As we near the ‘Apple family anchors’ we see bubbles floating in the air and we start to hear singing. We round a corner and see Apple Jack with Pinkie Pie and Apple Bloom. Pinkie Pie is blowing bubbles while singing a song about bubbles;

*Singing*Bubbles are everywhere, bubbles are in my hair,

Bubbles bounce and bubbles pop! Blowing bubbles I just can’t stop,

When you’re sad and when you’re bored, just blow a bubble and go forward,

Blowing bubbles is so fun, you can do it under the sun,

Don’t worry if you’re new, just grab a bubble wand or maybe two!

Just swing the stick with your hoof, and then the bubbles will reach the roof,

You can make all different shapes, like an elephant with a cape,

You will have so much fun, if you can get it done,

All you need is a bubble wand with bubble stuff,

Don’t worry because it’s not that tough,

When you stick the bubble wand into the bubble stuff, just give it a blow like it’s a piece of fluff,

All you need to do is have fun, and that is the way it’s done!

“Well done Pinkie Pie, you have a talent for making up and singing songs” I say. That was amazing how she showed Apple Bloom how to blow bubbles while she sung a song. “Thanks Princess Luna!” exclaims Pinkie as she along with Apple Jack and Apple Bloom bow down.

“You really don’t have to bow down to me all the time” I say as I walk towards them. “Howdy Princess and ‘cause Light”, says Apple Jack as she rises up. “Hi Apple Jack and Pinkie and Apple Bloom” I reply, “Howdy Luna and Light, how are ya enjoying the fabrics and other stuff we gave you?” asks Apple Bloom. “Well I was planning to make a shirt and those supplies give me the perfect opportunity, thanks” replies Light. I am pretty sure that was a lie but he might be telling the truth, and it was nice that he made them sound so useful.  “You’re welcome Light” says Apple Bloom.

 “So watch ya come here for Light and Luna?” asks Apple Jack as Pinkie Pie continues to teach Apple Bloom how to blow bubbles. “Well we where hoping to spend the day with you” I reply to her, “and Twilight wants a couple of apples” says Light. “Sounds good ta me as long as you don’t mind Apple Bloom taggin’ along” says Apple jack as she hands over a couple of apples. I put them in my bag as Apple Bloom and Pinkie Pie come back. “Of cause I do not mind” I say, “what don’t ya mind?” asks Apple Bloom, “Well, we are gonna spend the day with Light and Luna” says Apple Jack. “Oh cupcakes! There are more ponies coming for a holiday, I better get going, hope you ponies have a great time!” exclaims Pinkie Pie. “We can do so many great things can’t we Apple Jack?” says Apple Bloom excitedly as Pinkie Pie hops away. “We sure can lil’ sis’ but we have to buck some trees first, do you two think ya’ might be able to help us?” says Apple Jack suddenly changing her focus to us. “Sure thing” says Light. I wonder what adventures might happen with this.
