"Ok let's get home," I helped Zayn lift himself up off the ground of the bathroom. "You reek."

"So can we ssshhower togetther?" He asked.

"You only wish." He pouted then dropped more of his weight onto me. "Zayn I can't carry you."

"I know baaaby," he chuckled. "I can walk by myself." He tried standing up, but tipped over again. "See?"

"Uh huh." I dragged him out of the bathroom and started heading toward the door. "Hey Susan, I'm leaving."

"Ok. Goodnight. Thanks for coming!"

"No problem, we had fun. Bye!" I yelled back.

"Bye!" I shoved him into the passenger seat then quickly drove home so I could get him to bed before he threw up again.

Once I got home, I struggled to drag him up the stairs, but once I managed to do so, I practically threw him onto the bed. I decided to at least take his dirty shirt off and then I changed my own clothes.

"How much did you even drink?" I groaned, as his smelly breath wafted closer to my face, in bed. But, he was already fast asleep.

The next morning, I woke up to an unfortunate phone call. The ring woke up both Zayn and I. He groaned at the pounding in his head, but I put a finger to my lip to tell him to be quiet, as I answered the phone.

It was Ivy who had called, and her voice was filled with concern. "What's wrong?" I asked.

"I think you need to come over."

"Over where?"

"My house," she answered, urgently. I jumped out of bed and put on the nearest sweatpants and t-shirt I could find. Then, I heard a familiar voice sobbing in the background.

"Is that Alex?"

"Yeah and she's devastated so you better hurry."

"Ok. Did you call Ari?"

"I'm going to as soon as we hang up," she answered. "But Scarlet isn't answering."

"Ok, I'll be over as quick as I can."

"Ok bye."

"Bye." I raced to the bathroom and pulled out pain killers from the cabinet and grabbed a waterbottle from my night stand. I set them both by Zayn and bent down next to him. "Hey, I need to go somewhere. I'll be back as soon as possible."

"W...what?" He groaned, trying to open his eyes, and adjust them to the bright light, which only made his headache worse.

"You're half asleep right now," I sighed. "I put the painkillers and a bottle of water by your bed and I'll be back soon. Call me when you're actually awake."

"Hmm."

"Ok bye. I love you." I pecked him on the cheek then quickly hurried out to my car to go to Ivy's house.

I spent the entirety of my drive thinking of every single possibilty of things that could be wrong, but I couldn't think of a single reasonable thing that would make Alex cry. No matter how soft hearted and generous she was, I had rarely ever seen her cry.
