Phil could feel the entire world crumbling around him. Somewhere glass shattered, a child screamed, a man shot a gun; not necessarily in that order. Or at least, to Phil it happened, but why trust him when he couldn't tell what was real? Did he really care?
The answer to this question is no, in case you were really wondering. How ironic that the answer to the question happens to be the very same word that's trying to escape Phil's clogged lungs. Phil can not breathe, he can not speak; all that comes from within the depths of his throat is a small squeak.
"Phil? Phil?! Phil!" Dan threw his llama hat at Phil in an attempt to wake Phil from his daze.
Phil coughed. "Sorry?"
"What's wrong?"
Phil rolled his eyes and responded teasingly "Couldn't you have a little more class and not propose over the phone?"
That was somewhat true, as Phil's thoughts were don't propose! Of course, it was to late now.
Dan pulls at his chocolate hair and groans. "Jesus Christ on a boat, I'm so stupid! Fucking social anxiety, I swear. Thanks for reminding me though." He gives Phil a warm smile. Phil doesn't return the favor. "Anyway, I'm gonna go meet up with her now. Bye!" Dan grabs his phone and slips out the door.
"Wait!"
Slam!
Phil sinks to the ground in despair. "I love you..."
~~~
Dan practically runs to the park, panting even though it was a short distance, earning odd stares from curious children and rude adults. He looks at his phone again, making sure he sent the text.
Hey, meet me in the park where we first met ;)
This park is a special place to Dan, even though it's just some grass in the outdoors, because it's not only where he first met Grace, it's where he met Phil. He was walking in the park playing Crossy Road on his phone, when he bumped into someone, causing them to spill their coffee. Dan freaked out and quickly apologized, but the man just laughed. Not in a mocking way, but a kind, apologetic way. When he smiled, he smiled with his eyes. The pure blue seemed to be light and dark at once, a million different shades all swarming together to create a galaxy Dan just had to explore. He immediately fell in love, though not showing it for fear that the man was homophobic, and the more time he spent emotionless, the more the emotions disappeared. Soon, Phil was less of a schoolgirl crush to Dan and more like a brother.
Dan was brought back to his senses by the bouncy blonde skipping his way, always positive and innocent, and of course, always stunningly beautiful. Grace ran up to him and immediately attached her luscious lips to his, kissing Dan so forcefully that he would probably have a noticeable bruise. Dan slipped his tongue into Grace's mouth and she granted him access to her. Their tongues swirled around each other's, fighting for dominance, and soon they were having a full out make out session in the park.
Oh, I bet you all just hate me now.
Hey guys! As I promised, there will be another chapter written today with some major plot so be prepared! Have a lovely day, and please don't kill me! Bye.
