I wait a minute for it

to imprint into her skin and casually walk towards a chair when Celeste starts to scream.

Colton shows some remorse to Allie as she begins to scream as well.

"You know, you can be just a little more considerate." Colton says, sitting against the wall.

"You're telling a demon, particularly me, to be considerate?" I ask.

"Yeah, I am." Colton says.

"I will be considerate as soon as she stops treating me like the inferior." I say. I rub my head in pain.

"They scream loudly, don't they?" Colton asks.

"You would have thought I would have been used to mine." I mumble.

I walk over to Colton, who was sitting on a wall, and sit down next to him. I lean my head on his shoulder.

"Wake me up when they're done." I say.

"You are the laziest demon I have ever known." Colton sighs.

"I know." I mumble.

I watch as Celeste opens her blue eyes. She frowns when she meets my red ones.

"Good morning, princess." I say mockingly.

She sits up and flips her hair at me.

"Shut up." She says. She looks around confused.

"Where's Colton and Allie?"

"Her room I'd imagine. I was told to bring you to the guest suite. So here we are." I explain coolly.

"So how's your ear?" I ask as I walk around her bed.

"It hurts like hell." Celeste complains.

"Good, that means I did it right." I say.

"That's a sick joke." Celeste says. I shrug and walk up to her.

"Can I?" I ask.

"Whatever." She says grumpily. I move her hair and stare at the symbol now embedded in her skin.

"Okay. You're good." I say, walking to the door, pulling my glove on.

"I'll send your Dad in." I say.

I open the door and walk out, I'm met with a gaze.

"You may see her my lord." I say.

"Thank you Ana." Ciel says.

"No problem." I say as he walks in.

"You embedded it in correctly, right?" Dad asks.

"Yes." I say.

"How do you know?" He asks.

"She's said her ear hurts like hell." I say.

"Oh yes. You did it correctly." Dad smirks. I chuckle a little and stand beside him.

The door down the hall opens and Colton comes out. I go up to meet him.

"How did it go?" I ask.

"Is it bad that I feel bad?" He replies. I laugh.

"Just a little." I say.

"Colton! What did I say about talking to this girl?" Claude says coming up behind Colton. I cross my eyes in sarcasm.

"Watch your expressions." Claude growls.

"How about you get your head out of your-."

"Ana." Dad warns. I sigh.

"Pardon me. Kindly remove thy cranium out of thy posterior and go pleasure thy self." I say. Claude's mouth drops while Colton tries not to laugh. I smirk and strut back over to my dad who has a proud smile on his face.

"How was that?" I ask.

"I must say. You handled that like a lady." He smiles.

"Why thank you kind sir." I say.

"Of course, my lady." He replies. I laugh in amusement.

I notice Claude and Colton back down the hall. They're having a quiet argument.

"I hate to say it but I agree with Faustus." Dad says.

"What do you mean?" I ask.

"I mean that I don't want you talking to Colton. I understand you went through a lot together. But I can't risk you being belittled by Faustus anymore." He says.

"But, Dad." I say.

"I'm sorry Ana. But that's my word. I expect you to obey it." Dad says.

I look at Colton down the hall. He looks at me too. I sigh and put my head down.

"As you wish Dad."
