Okay, I have a plan.

When we go to town today, I will send a message to Colton saying I want to talk. I'll sneak off and go meet him in a secluded area. Then we'll talk out a plan for further meetings.

"What about Celeste?"
I turn around and roll my eyes.

"Ashley, what did I tell you about reading my mind?" I ask.

"You have loud thoughts." She says casually, while sitting on my bed reading one of my books.

"I don't know about Celeste. I can't bring her. She'll open her big mouth to Ciel, who would most likely tell Dad." I say.

"You have to be with her at all times." Ashley points out.

"I'm well aware of that." I snap.

"Jeez. Someone's snappy this morning." Ashley says.

"Jeez. Someone's nosey lately." I say.

"Come on, Ana. Last night gave birth to a new ship." Ashley says.

I look at her with a blank face.

"You know, how I went to the future and learned about-."

"Fangirling. I know." I sigh.

"Come on Ana. How about I offer you a deal?" Ashley says.

"No." I say, flatly.

"Why not?" She asks.

"Because, the brat's soul is mine. I'm not sharing." I say.

"I have no interest in her soul. I want to help you." Ashley says. I sigh and look at her.

"What do you propose?" I ask.

"I can watch over Celeste tonight while you go meet Colton. Since you can't stay away from her today, I'll take the note to Colton when I go drop off the money for damages I did to Trancy manor." Ashley says.

"What's the catch?" I ask.

"I need you to come on a mission with Hunter and me." Ashley says.

"Celeste would have to go with us." I say.

"And?" Ashley asks.

"It's too risky. Hunter's secret would get out." I point out.

"We'll just have to make sure Celeste doesn't say anything." Ashley says.

"It's going to put Celeste in grave danger. Which defeats the purpose of me creating the contract." I say.

"The contract states the you protect her. The mission is lengthy but not terrible. You should be able to keep her safe." Ashley says.

"Speaking of which, when you see Colton tonight, you need to get him to come as well." Ashley says.

"Colton would have to bring Allie." I point out.

"True. But that shouldn't be a problem. We can use humans as bait." Ashley says. I shoot her a sarcastic look.

"Again. It defeats the purpose of a safety contract." I say.

"Again. You'll be able to protect them easily." Ashley says.

"I'll see what I can do." I say.

"So, deal?" Ashley asks. I sigh and contemplate my decision.

"Deal."
