I walk behind my father and Ciel with Jayce and Celeste behind me.
"So, lord Phantomhive, you don't get along with Trancy very well?" I ask.
"How do you know that?" Ciel asks.
"You have a look of distaste on your face and look like you really do to want to be here." I say flatly.
"Well you're right. You don't look like you don't want to be here either." Ciel says.
"Believe or not, parties aren't really my scene." I say.
"Yeah, right. You're the rebel, you're supposed to party. Then again, j wouldn't wear something like that to a party." Celeste says. I look down at my outfit and roll my eyes. She acts like I care or something.

"Look, just because I am a demon, doesn't mean I have to party every day. I live up my legacies preferably through the blood of my enemies and others that get in my way. I kill a couple of spoiled brats every once in a while." I say the last part sending a harsh glance to Celeste. She shrinks away a little.
"Don't you think that's a little harsh, Ana?" Jayce asks.
"No, it was very harsh. That's what I was going for." I say simply.
"Now, Ana, let's not be hasty." Ciel says.
"My apologies, my lord." I say.
"Hmm." Ciel hums while smirking slightly and knocks on the door.
A butler opens the door and scowls at my dad.
"Michaelis." He says shortly.
"Faustus." Dad replies.
"Claude! Don't petrify my guests!" I hear a voice say.
"Ha. Petrify." I chuckle. The butler glares at me.
"Hold your tongue girl." I hear the same voice say. A blond man with a girlish face comes into vision.
"Ah, Phantomhive. You made it." He says.
"Yes. Mind letting us in?" Ciel asks. The blond nods and gestures to the butler, who opens the door wider, letting us into the party. I walk in with everyone else and look around a little.
"Celeste!" A voice says excitedly.
"Allie!" Celeste calls back running to hug a girl with long blond hair and blue eyes. I look over them and sigh, walking over to a wall. I casually lean against it watching the party happen.
"I thought parties weren't your scene."
I look up and smile.
"Colton!" I say. Colton smiles and hugs me.
"Long time no see. How's it going?" He asks.
"Its going good I guess." I say.
"I thought you said you hated to come up here?" He says.
"Well, Ashley had some mission with Hunter and sent me up here to my Dad." I explain quietly.
"Did you give him the note that your mom gave you?" He asks. I nod.
"Yeah, but we got that sorted out." I say.
"I hate your mom." Colton says.
"Same, I hate your mom as well." I say. Colton chuckles.
"Same." He says.
"I don't think your dad likes me either." I say.
"He doesn't like anyone." Colton sighs. "You can imagine what his reaction was when I came here."
"I'm good. But it was bad?" I ask.
"Extremely." He says.
"Colton!"
We look over and see the butler from earlier, Claude, come up to us.
"What?" Colton asks.
"You're supposed to be dancing. Not casually talking to this girl." Claude says.
"Fine." Colton sighs. "Come on Ana. Let's dance."
Colton grabs my hand and pulls me onto the dance floor.
Claude glares at me in distaste as I dance with Colton.
"Yep. Your dad definitely hates me." I say. Colton kisses my forehead.
"I don't hate you. That's all that matters." He says. I smile at him. I feel a tap on my shoulder.
"Mind if I cut in?"
Colton sighs and offers my hand to the guy. The guy takes my hand and turns me towards them. I smile a little when I see it's Jayce.
"Wow. Jealous much?" I ask.
"Shut up." He says. "Why would you dance with the son of your Father's enemy? It's reckless."
"Well, you know? Reckless is kind of my thing. What's the point of having a life of eternity if I'm not reckless?" I ask.
"Because then you will make mistakes. Mistakes aren't taken lightly by the Phantomhive family." Jayce says seriously.
"Then how will you learn if you don't make mistakes?" I ask simply as the music ends.
