"We can't go to France! Our parents will kill us!"

Celeste says.

"They won't kill us when we save their asses!" I say.

"Ana, they will be angry." Colton tries to reason.

"I'd rather them be angry free and safe than captured by Angels." I argue as we reach the tower. A black wolf lays at the base waiting.

"What's up, Hunter." Ashley says.

"Hunter's a dog?" Greyson asks..

"No, she's human. Just can't show her true form here." I say.

"So what are we going to do?" Celeste asks.

"Follow us." I say. I shift into my kitten form. Colton shifts into... a mouse?

"Colton." I laugh.

"It's a blessing and a curse." He squeaks.

Ashley shifts into a tiger.

"Ashley, something a little more subtle?" I meow.

"Fine." She shifts into a kitten as well.

"Aww!"

I'm picked up by a certain red headed reaper.

"Ana, you're so adorable!" Greyson says.

"I won't be so adorable when I scratch out your eyes!" I hiss. Celeste takes me from Greyson and gently sets me on the ground.

"Thanks. Now come on." I say. We start into the building quietly.

"So, who's the creepy red head?" Hunter asks.

"Grell's son." I say.

"Oh. I can see it." Hunter says.

"Where we going?" Allie asks.

"Anywhere that is safe to talk." Hunter replies.

"I don't think anywhere is safe to talk." Celeste says.

"True, while we're at it, Ana. What's going on?" Hunter asks.

"The mass murder case is a bunch of supernatural creatures being murdered." I start.

"Level Z souls? How do you know?" She asks.

"Because we found a vampire and Greyson reaped the soul." I say.

"Hold up. You let Sutcliffe reap a Level Z soul?" Jake asks.

"Yeah. That's the whole point of him being on this job." I say.

"What's the cause of this?" Hunter asks.

"Greyson was the only reaper I could tolerate." I say.

"Behind the murders, Ana." Hunter says.

"Right, I knew that." I say, speeding up to reach Hunter.

"Apparently, Angels are doing some cleansing ceremony." I say

"Cleansing ceremony?" Hunter asks.

"Yeah. They get rid of the unclean or whatever." I say.

"So why do we need to go to France?" Colton asks. I have to look down in order to see him.

"Apparently, they plan to catch our parents to make sure they don't get in their way this time." I say.

"You don't think they're already captured?" Jake asks.

"Of course not. Two demons and two reapers? They would definitely delay being captured." I say.

"So we need to get to France to save them?" Colton asks.

"Yes." I say. "Are we out of the danger zone yet? I actually like my kitten paws and I don't want to clean them."

"You can get your dad to clean them." Ashley suggests.

"That's not a bad idea." I say.

"Sebastian still has that cat fetish?" Hunter asks.

"Yes." We all say. Hunter chuckles.

"Doesn't surprise me." She says. "And to answer your question, almost there."

"We're not even in London anymore." Celeste says.

"That's the point." Hunter says. "Okay, Ana. You're good."

"Thank you!" I say, shifting to my normal form. Colton changes as well as we keep walking into the forest.

"My feet hurt." Celeste complains.

"Mine too!" Allie puts in. Colton and I sigh and pick up the two girls, holding them on our backs.

Celeste and Allie exclaim but don't complain.

"So what are you planning to do when you get to France?" Hunter asks.

"I don't know. Save our dads and Jayce, kick ass, eat a croissant, and come back to London." I say.

"You're going to eat a croissant after you kick ass?" Celeste giggles.

"Well yeah. It works up an appetite." I say.

"I thought demons don't eat." Allie says.

"We can eat human food. We don't need to because of the whole eating souls thing." Colton says.

"We have the same taste buds as you humans do." I say.

"Oh." they say.

"Hunter, when are you change into human form?" I ask.

"Fine." She shifts into her human form. Celeste gasps from her place on my back.

"What?" I ask.

"You're..." Celeste trails off, totally ignoring me. Hunter smiles.

"Hello Celeste." She says.

"You're supposed to be dead." She says, hopping off of me.

"I am. But I merely faked it to keep your family safe." Hunter replies.

"What are you talking about. It was your family." Celeste says.

"Wait, what?" Allie asks. Everyone else gives Hunter a confused look.

"Everyone." I say. They look at me.

"Meet Hunter Phantomhive. Ciel's wife, Jayce's mother."
