He quickly jumped into the air and caught her by the waist. He landed on the ground as if gravity had no say. He dropped her as he fought to keep composer.she stood up, angry that he stopped her.
"What were you thinking!"
"I wanted to end this madness!"
"By killing yourself?"
She nodded.
"Your an idiot!"
"How would you feel if you had no privacy, your child taken from you, knowing you had no control of anything in your life?"
"I sure as hell wouldn't have killed myself or attempted it. This is nothing compared to what awaits stupid girls who take the easy way out."
"Hell?"
"Yes. That's where your new home would be."
"Just leave me alone!" She yelled at him.
"Not with you being reckless."
"Why do you care? You weren't suppose to help me to begin with."
"So many questions so little time."
He sighed still aggravated by her actions.
"Reveal yourself to me and maybe I'll listen. Your still a stranger to me."
With another sigh, he flipped off his hood to reveal a young face that looked no older than her, messy and unkept blonde hair, and eyes as yellow as the sun. He was gorgeous with inhuman beauty. She was fighting every ounce of her to keep from flinging herself at him.
"Surprised that creepy stalker dude was in fact not bad looking and that you would stalked anyway by me?" He smirked.
"Not really..anyway, what's your name." She was trying to change the subject.
"Uh huh, sure. The names Atlas."
"Not a bad name."
"Shouldn't be, my naming was my mother's dying words."
"I'm sorry to hear that."
"Anyway, let's get you home. I'll be a dead man if I stay here with you any longer." He than picked her up in his arms bridal style.
"But they are looking for me..."
"They will think your not dumb enough to go back home. Should be good for the night." He than leaped into the air and landed on the same building they camped at. He starts leaping from building to building, from roof to roof until they were ontop her own roof. He opened a window into her bedroom and sat her down.
"I'll be here bright and early. Don't go near any windows or your neighbors will call your family. I'm sure they have put out a warrant for you."
"Thank you, I mean it.." She sighed.
"Hey, don't be sad. Think of this as an adventure."
"My son...all I wanted was my son..."
"Look, I'll tell you a bit about him tomorrow if it will help. But that's it." He would assure her while placing a hand on her shoulder.
She hugged him tightly at the mention of info on her son, making her very happy.
"Okay, okay. I already been around you, I don't need to smell like you. I'll have to wash off my clothes to rid myself of your scent." He pushed her away.
"Sorry..."
"No it's okay. I like hugs, but if the boss smells you on me than he will know for sure that I been around you. Cheer up and stop saying sorry so much. Get some sleep." He patted her shoulder and fell backwards. Looking down toward him, he was gone. She quickly closed the window and shut the curtain not wanting her neighbors to know she's home. Heading over to her closet, she stripped herself of her dirty pajamas. She than pulled on a pink night shirt and pulled loose her hair. She laid in her bed and covered up, trying to slip into a deep sleep.~~~
She woke up to a cool draft. Looking over at the window she saw that it was open. Thinking that she didn't close it all the way, she got up and dragged herself over to close it. Turning back to head back to her bed, she became wide awake. Standing beside her bed was Lincoln. He stared at her with huge blue eyes, her eyes.
"Lincoln?" She started to walk toward him only for him to take off out into the hallway. She followed him into the next room. Inside was blue wallpaper, a single wooden bed with blankets decorated in pirate ships. Against the wall was a treasure chest shaped toy box filled with toys. A giant blue bear sat in the corner along with a few other welcoming stuffed animals. A bookshelf sat near the door filled with children's books and a giant red wooden letters spelled out "Lincoln". Lincoln ran toward the toy box, opening it to reveal its content of toys. He giggled when pulling out a stuffed dinosaur.
"This is your room, I knew you would come home one day so I kept you a room. I hope you like it." She said softly staying where she was to not startle him.
"I wike it, but I don't wike you." He giggled.
"Why don't you like me? I been looking everywhere for you, I never gave up!"
"Father said you tried to kill me, that you didn't want me."
"Father? He left when he found out I was expecting..."
"Fun!" He shouted while playing with a car.
Hannah started to walk toward him but he quickly stood up and ran toward a window.
"Don't go!" She would stop where she's at.
"I'm not pose to be here. Father won't be happy. Bye bye bad mommy!" He opened the window and jumped. She ran after him only to see he was gone. She slumped down as tears ran down her cheeks. She started to actually cry. She broke down and laid in the middle of the floor. Her son was here, hey son was in his bedroom. Yet he believed she didn't want him. She wanted him with all her heart from the day she knew he was in her womb. She wved up crying herself to sleep.
