They were taken to the back of the forest infront of a huge tree. Luna walked up to the tree and with a wave of her hand she created a large mirror that reflected the forest back. Hannah was rather puzzled by this but stayed silent. Luna went through the mirror, Jamie and the other following along. Once through, it was a darker world and a huge castle sat on a huge hill. The large yellow moon was the only light source. It was rather cold as the air blew. It maybe darker than the mundane world but the weather was no different. They travelled up the hill toward the huge, black castle and entered the huge iron doors that had engravings that Hannah couldn't make out. They were lead through the winding halls. The interior was just as black with a long red rug that covered the floor and lanterns that hardly helped due to being too dim but that's vampire living guessed Hannah. They entered a huge room that was covered in red and black velvet. At the edge of the room was a huge throne and on it sat a familiar hooded figure. Once a few feet away, Hannah and Atlas were thrown down.
"We have finally found her, boss, and the reason for our trouble!" He kicked Atlas but it didn't phase him.
"Very good, my child, you shall be rewarded." The figure spoke in a voice that wasn't anything that Hannah expected. He sounded quite normal, not dark or demonic like the bad guys on movies she's watched.
He uncovered his hood to reveal a male with platinum hair that was shaggy, Crimson eyes, his face was so smooth and flawless it looked as if it might break. He was very young looking, nothing she expected.
"Dear Hannah, my name is Silver, you have been so troublesome. Nothing like the other woman. They either die right away or beg for their life. You kept fighting and running. I like that. And Atlas, you betray your own kind?"
"I couldn't let you destroy her for trying, something my wife did before you destroyed her!"
"Don't talk to him like that!" Jamie sneered and kicked him again.
"Luna, my princess, daddy has been very worried. This is the very reason I hate letting you leave!" He looked at his daughter who started walking toward him.
"Daughter?" Hannah was so confused.
"Yes, reason why I wanted to kill her."
"I managed to find them but he held me hostage."
"Atlas, you really are the talk around here." He laughed but it didn't seem joyful.
Atlas remained silent knowing it was the smart thing to do. Luna took a seat in the throne next to her father's but she didn't seem happy to see her captures being judged.
"I'll deal with you later, boy, this mundane requires my attention." He stood up which made him seem taller.
Hannah tried to scoot backwards but she was pushed forward.
"You didn't give up on finding your son. I figure you being told your son died by the hospital and your own mother would have convinced you. But you continued to beloved your son was alive."
"Sad part is that the dead child was also my son, Lincoln's twin brother who didn't make it."
"Twins? How did I miss that?"
"He was hidden behind Lincoln.."
"Thank you for clearing that up. But it still doesn't help me make a decision. I'm not sure if I want to make you into a vampire or kill you."
"You said I'm different from the others."
"You are, I mean I could turn you and let you suffer by allowing you to watch me drain your son's life force." He laughed again. A small child came into view from the shadows, Lincoln. It took all Hannah had to not run for her son.
"Hi, mommy, you been bad!" The child giggled.
"Let him go! He's an innocent child!" She yelled but was kicked in the stomach and than thrown back all the way toward the door and hitting the wall by an invisible force before slumping to the ground.
"Was that necessary?" Luna asked.
"She needs to learn her place, my dear, I wouldn't let a vampire to speak to me like that so why would I let s filthy mundane?"
Luna sighed but didn't utter another word. Atlas quickly got up and dodged Jamie and ran toward where Hannah laid stunned. Crouching down to examine her, his leg was jerked and he was tossed back toward the king. Looking toward Hannah, he instead saw a pair of tall, think legs that wore loose, black boots. Moving up, his eyes widen at whose legs those belonged too.
"Hello, honey, haven't changed a bit." She chuckled.
