"Let him go!" Hannah yelled stumbling toward them.
"You forced my hand. If you would have left me and Atlas alone to work out our issues than I wouldn't be doing this right now."
"In other words I should have stood by while you killed the man who use to love you?"
"Mhm."
"Your sick!"
Marie pressed the knife against Lincoln's throat enough to break some skin. Blood seeped out.
"Stop!"
"Are you done with the insults?" Marie asked.
"Please don't hurt him..."
"Why? You took something of mine so why shouldn't level the score?"
"You said yourself you didn't care about him!"
"So?"
Suddenly, Hannah noticed Atlas sneaking around in the shadows. He was getting closer and closer to Marie.
"Cat got your tongue?"
"Your right, I shouldn't have stole Atlas away." Hannah would tell her what she wanted to hear to keep her distracted.
"Finally your getting it." Marie giggled at the answer.
"Maybe if I gave you back Atlas maybe you wouldn't kill my son?"
"Maybe. But why the change in heart?"
"Oh you know, I wouldn't want someone stealing my man. I understand where your coming from."
"I'm impressed, smart girl. Just for that I'll let the squirt live." She started loosening her grip only to pulled back by her hair from behind.
"I wouldn't go back to you even if my life depended on it." Atlas smirked as he went to stab her in the chest. She elbowed him and twirled around enough to push him back.
"Thought you could pull a fast one?" She took the knife and aimed it toward Lincoln's chest and stabbed with brute force behind it. Only it wasn't Lincoln, it was Hannah who had thrown herself between Marie and Lincoln. She coughed up blood as she fell to the floor.
"HANNAH!" Atlas yelled at the top of his lungs and tried to run to her but was pulled back and shoved to the ground by Marie.
"A good example of true love, nothing can compare to love a mother has for her child. Let's watch as she dies." Marie smirked.
"Too bad you didn't have any of that for your own child!" Atlas growled.
"I'm afraid your right."
Hannah gasped for air, Marie had punctured her lung which made breathing difficult. Lincoln looked down at his mother and instantly, something snapped.
"Mommy? Are you okay?" He knelt down and looked at her wound.
Atlas struggled under Marie trying to get to Hannah.
"Oh stop, you can't do anything for her. A hospital is too far away, she's as good as dead."
"I hate you..." He said out of pure anger.
"I'm sorry mommy..." Lincoln hugged on his mother, tears streaming down his face.
"Mommy...loves...you.." She would say coughing.
Atlas became so angry that he had enough strength to throw Marie off him. He ran to Hannah's side and picked her up in his arms. The aroma of her blood was so strong that Atlas had to fight his instincts.
"Is mommy going to be okay?" Lincoln asked rubbing his eyes.
"She will be." He said with determination.
"Your not going to do what I think your going to do?" Marie asked.
"Shut up!" Atlas yelled while laying Hannah down whose breathes were hard and ragged.
"My king? Is he permitted to turn her when you wanted her dead?" Marie turned to Silver.
"She's proved to be too weak, Jamie, stop him. Give my queen a break from playing."
"Yes, sir." He smiled as he ran toward where Atlas and Hannah were.
Atlas quickly turned on Jamie, his eyes blazing yellow like the sun. He knocked Jamie clear across the room into a wall, smashing it.
"Weakling!" Marie took off toward Atlas only she too was knocked across the room, she slumped to the ground.
"Lincoln, I'm going to turn your mommy, it's the only way to save her."
Lincoln nodded as he scooted back.
Atlas placed a hand over Hannah's eyes, he fangs protruded and he bit into her neck, drinking her blood. Silver stood up and started walking toward them. When finished, Atlas slit his own wrist and allowed enough blood to drip into her mouth. Silver grabbed a hold of Atlas's neck and lifted him up.
"You hurt my queen and you disobey me! What makes you think I'll allow you turn that useless mundane into our kind?"
"Too late." Atlas smirked.
Hannah's skin began to glow as all her wounds started mending, her eyes turning a bright Crimson color, her hair brightening. She stood up and looked herself over, taking a deep breath.
"How dare you!" He threw Atlas and turned his attention to Hannah, "better take care of you before you adjust."
Hannah looked toward him with a questioning look and than frowned at him when she saw Atlas knocked unconscious.
"Your too weak and I rather weed out all the weaklings before they take over my family." He went to grab her but she was gone in a blink, he looked around.
"Behind you," she knocked him a few feet, "do I seen weak to you?"
"Your newly changed, of course your going to be strong." He growled.
"Either way your going to pay for hurting my boyfriend." She ran at him and punched him clear in the jaw and sent him flying.
He recovered and rubbed his jaw. Hannah was at Atlas's side checking to see if he was okay.
"I'm done playing, your going to wish you would have drowned in your own blood." Within a flash he next to her. Hannah stood up and threw another punch but he grabbed it. He squeezed until there was a crushing sound and she cried out in pain. He than lifted her up and threw her. Before she hit the wall he was there in a blink of an eye and adding extra impact to the landing. It sent her threw the wall.
"Marie, have fun." Silver would say wiping off his hand before returning to his throne.
"With pleasure. " she smirked while walking toward Hannah who was getting back through the wall.
She looked to see Marie heading her way and smiled.
"What's with the smile?" Marie asked.
"Now that I'm a vampire, maybe I can kick you to next year." Hannah happily said as she took off into a sprint toward Marie, knocking her in the stomach with her head and sending her flying. Marie frowned wiping blood from her mouth.
"That was fun."
"Lucky your fresh from the oven, cupcake. Let's shove you back in until your burnt to a crisp!" She yelled while running toward Hannah. She threw a punch but Hannah blocked it and grabbed her fist, swinging her around until she went flying again into a wall.
"Too easy."
"This is getting annoying!" Marie growled while running toward her again.
Hannah jumped and used Marie's head to land and jump into a flip. She landed a few feet from Marie.
"I'm done playing!" Marie growled as she took off full speed toward Hannah but she simply moved an inch to dodge.
"I could get use to these reflexes." She smirked.
Silver sighed noting that Marie wasn't even touching Hannah, so in a flash he was behind Hannah. He kicked at her back enough to knock her plum to the ground. Hannah didn't know what to think.
"Need to get a job done, gotta do it yourself." He placed his foot on her neck and began to crush but he was knocked off.
"Leave her alone!" Atlas growled.
"I had it with you, boy!" He grabbed Atlas by the throat and lifted him up. He struggled under Silver's grasp.
"Your finished." With that there was a crushing sound and Atlas's body went still.
