Once far enough from the diner, they stopped at an old abandon house. Atlas took Luna inside, Hannah right behind. He laid her on an old dusty sofa.
"They will be on our trail for sure. We can't stay here too long."
Hannah nodded catching her breath.
"Ever since she showed up its been trouble after trouble for us!"
"It wasn't her fault."
"Yeah well it has been. She could have controlled it but she chose not to!"
"Atlas! She's young, she's not like you or me."
"Shes a spoiled brat!"
"Calm down!"
Atlas grabbed a hold of a wooden chair and squeezed until it broke. He was trying to calm down.
"There you go."
"She still killed someone."
"You said yourself she's not use to being up at this hour and probably not use to being around humans. Cut her some slack."
"If you only knew her like I do you would be speaking in another tone, just saying."
At that moment Luna stirred until her eyes opened. They both turned toward her, Atlas pulling Hannah behind him just in case.
"That was a wild ride." She rubbed her head.
"You killed a mundane." Atlas sneered.
"If you actually accepted the fact your blood thirsty monster than me killing a mundane shouldn't upset you. Instead your trying to be a mundane which your not even remotely close to being and your dating one!"
"He's more upset with the fact that you killing that girl basically created a trail to find us, me!"
"He's perfectly capable of talking for himself, I'm not going to sit here and listen to a silly little mundane. I shouldn't even be here! I was sent to track you down but instead I find out that the bosses' star boy is aiding you! His victim! Now I'm a hostage!" She was upset and angry now by all this.
"Don't yell at her."
"Or what? Your going to kill me? You would have done so already."
"I'm two seconds from doing the deed."
"Besides, I told you both I couldn't be in that diner any longer than I needed to be. Did you listen? Uh no. So I'm not the blame here."
Atlas fell silent knowing her words were true.
"How about we please just try and get along? I don't know your beef but that doesn't matter. Luna that faster you cooperate then freedom isn't too far off, Atlas let's be a little bit nicer, please?"
"Fine." They both said at the same time.
"Alright. Let's think of a plan. Luna any info at all that could help us?"
"Why should I help you? Your exactly what would end this."
"Do you really want me dead? After me sticking my neck out there for you?"
Luna looked away.
"You seem like a really nice girl and I'm sure not many are nice to you. I don't see why because you don't seem all that bad."
"First person to ever say that to me..."
Hannah smiled at her.
"Alright. Jamie is leading the troops. No clue why because he can be such an idiot sometimes. But he's easy to slip by. The boss won't come unless you been captured because he's grown lazy of chasing you. We should be able to get out of here before they arrive at day break."
"Thank you. I promise we will let you go free when we're home free." Hannah promised.
Luna nodded as she yawned, "I need my rest or I'll be crankier than a baby and my tracking abilities pretty much useless." She stretched before turning over and falling asleep.
Atlas yawned himself since he wasn't use to being up at this hour.
"Rest, we have quite a bit before we need to move." Hannah patted him.
Atlas pulled her onto his lap and tipped her chin up to kiss her lustfully. Hannah returned to kiss just as hungry. Atlas pulled away and fell fast asleep while embracing Hannah who fell asleep herself.

                               ~~~
"Wakey wakey." Hannah opened her blue eyes to see Jamie and a bunch of vampires were surrounding them. Before she could react, Jamie grabbed her by the hair and jerked her off Atlas.
"Let me go!" She screamed.
Atlas than jerked awake. Baring his fangs he tried to attack but was restrained by two huge male vampires. Jamie pulled Hannah against him and wrapped an arm around her neck to keep her from escaping.
"Finally the chase comes to an end!" Jamie laughed.
"You filthy piece of_"
"Ah ah, wouldn't want kitten here suffering for your words would you?" Jamie sniffed her and smirked, "you naughty boy, the boss won't like to hear  you been playing with the victim. Your scent is all over her!"
Atlas continued to bare his fangs at him.
"Luna, nice seeing you here with the enemy."
"I'm a hostage.." She rubbed her eyes from waking up.
"You filthy brat! You knew they were going to be here sooner!"
"I actually didn't know the idiot would grow some brains. It's an unexpected surprise and that's the truth!" She frowned at the insult.
"How are you being held hostage, the boss gave you one job and you screw it up. No wonder he hates letting you go."
"He inserted his blood in my bloodstream and activated some seal. If I go too far off, my blood will burn!"
"I see. How about releasing the seal and letting her go?"
"Screw you."
"No, I'm not into you like kitten here, but I'm sure she would love to shed a drop or two of blood with all this hungry vamps here?" He pulled out a knife and grabbed Hannah's wrist and held the knife against it right enough to make her wince.
"You wouldn't! Not with the bounty on her head."
"I won't be the one to blame or be in trouble if she were to unexpectedly be drained of blood. So try me!" He pressed it harder.
"Alright!" He jerked his arm away and touched his wrist where the deal was and touched it. It stopped glowing ahd went dark, "my blood will disappear from her veins in an hour and she's free for good."
"Good! Now let's go. Come Luna, the boss has been worried."
Luna nodded and hurried out of the home, Jamie following after while keeping a tight grip on Hannah. Atlas being dragged along. They all were headed toward the lair of the Boss vampire.
