Hannah looked to see Silver dropping Atlas's body next to her.
"Atlas? Atlas wake up!" She started violently shaking Atlas.
"Your wasting your time." Silver chuckled.
"Wake up!" She yelled at his body.
Silver pulled out a long sword while Hannah was distracted.
"How dare you leave after turning me..." She said as tears ran down her cheeks.
"But I would have lost you..." Atlas said in a whispering tone.
"Your alive!" She grabbed ahold of him and hugged him tightly.
"Yes, takes more than that to kill me." He chuckled and rubbing his throat.
"Don't ever leave me..." She would say with more tears.
At that moment, the sword caught Atlas's eyes. He threw Hannah off him as he himself moved and dodged as the sword drove into the ground.
"Darn you, Atlas! Stay down!" Silver said aggravated.
"No! Not when my girl's life is on the line. I'm tired of seeing innocent children die, I'm tired of seeing worried mother's meet their end, I'm tired of being the black sheep of this "family" because of my life style because I don't want to hurt innocent people!" He would bare his fangs at him.
Lincoln rushed to his mother's side while she stood up.
"Lincoln, I need you to sneak out of here. I don't want you to get hurt with all this fighting."
"Like this?" Lincoln was knocked over the head and he went limp.
Hannah looked to see Marie smirking at her as she kicked Lincoln across the floor.
"Don't lay a hand on my baby!" Hannah yelled as she went to hit Marie but Marie caught her hand and squeezed.
"Not this time!" She pulled her and than punched her square in the stomach and than slammed her into the floor.
Hannah cried out in pain but tried to get up, only to be crushed back into the ground.
"Stay down like good little puppy."
Hannah grabbed her leg and bit into her leg hard.
"Ouch! Let go!" Marie screamed in pain. She started punching Hannah's face but she only buy harder.
Meanwhile Atlas was dodging and avoiding hits by Silver. When opportunity showed itself, he went in and sliced at Silver with his dagger. He landed the cut as blood seeped out. He turned to check on Hannah only to see her getting the living daylights punched out of her. He went to help her but was jerked back by his hair and his shoulder getting bit into. He yelled out in pain as he mustard enough strength to lift him and throw him off him. A chunk of his shoulder going with. Hannah was bloody and bruised up from Marie nonstop punching but she kept a firm grip on her leg. Atlas winced as his shoulder bleed out, he started to walk toward Marie and Hannah to help them but heard running behind him. He saw Silver closing the distance and tried to dodge but Silver was faster.
"Time for you to go to hell for good!" He aimed the sword toward Atlas's heart. He went drive it through his chest but he instead drop the sword along with Atlas.
"How..?" Silver asked as he felt the blood run down his chest.
"You got careless, father. I couldn't bare to watch you hurt my friends any longer..." Luna's voice said. She pulled her sword out as he fell to the ground. His skin was slowly blackening.
"You do know you also killed yourself, Atlas... And the girl..." He said in a raspy voice.
"No, just Atlas.. I'm your seed, born this way. I wasn't turned. Hannah is safe too, she never had mundane blood which didn't seal her fate. But Atlas... You did have human blood...I'm sorry..." Tears ran down Luna's face.
"No, it's okay. You stopped him." Atlas smiled but that faded when he noticed his skin started to darken.
"Hope you carry on my legacy, my daughter..." Silver said before his whole body turned to ash and all that was left was his clothing.
Marie kept punching at Hannah until her fist burst into ash leaving a darkened stub. Hannah let go when the taste of ash filled her mouth.
"What's happening to me?" She turned around to see Silver's clothes and a little bit of ash that was left, "no!" She screamed as the rest of her burst into ash. Jamie and the others screamed as they did too.
Hannah stood up when seeing her turn to ash. Her face hurt badly and she tasted blood but it was well worth it. She started to run to Atlas, running into his arms.
"We did it.." She said into his clothes.
"Yes we did. But I'm afraid this is goodbye my love..." He would whisper into her ear.
"What do you mean..?" She pulled away.
"You saw what happened to Marie?"
She nodded.
"Same thing is getting ready to happen to me."
"Why?"
"I had a taste of mundane blood, that seals the vampire deal. So when Luna killed her father, she killed every vampire he turned that tasted mundane blood."
"But you changed me.. "
"Yes and your free to be your own vampire. No master, father, or boyfriend's death can destroy you."
"Luna? She going to die too?"
"No, Hannah, I was born this way. I was never turned by my father." Luna answered her.
Atlas pulled her into his arms and hugged her tightly and place a orange and yellow necklace in her palm.
"I love you, your my first real love and I'm happy you made me feel mundane again on my last days here. I gave you the necklace my own mother gave me before she died, keep it close to always remember me." Tears ran down his face.
"I love you too, I don't want to go.." She started to cry.
"I don't want to either..."
"Don't leave me..."
"I love you, Hannah." With that he burst into ash and rained all around her.
She looks up and drops to the ground. Tears rolling down her cheeks like a flood as she cried. Lincoln who had recovered walked over to her and hugged on her. She hugged him tightly, as she continued to cry for her lost love.
