Warning: Sex Scene between Gabe and Grace

Lacy and Noah had made it to the hospital. The doctor was running different tests to determine if she had lost the baby. The last test was to use an ultrasound machine and listen for a heartbeat. The whole family was waiting in the waiting room with them. A nurse came in to administer the test and Noah took Lacy's hand as the nurse lifted her gown. The nurse placed the blue gel onto her stomach. The machine was turned on and the nurse moved the wand around. The wand would move along her right side. It was moved up and down toward the middle of her stomach. Then it was moved to her left side and then just when the they were going to give up. They heard a strong heartbeat.

Lacy POV

Noah looked down at me as we heard the heartbeat. We starting crying and thanking the Lord for saving our baby. It was still alive after all we had been through. He kissed my forehead as he took my hand and we cried together. She cleaned off my belly and then left the room. There was a knock at the door. Noah went over to open it and the kids stepped in the room to see me. "We need to tell both of you some good news." Noah hands Stefan to me as he held Valerie. "You guys are going to have a new baby brother or sister." Valerie starts clapping and she smiling. Stefan is happy too. "I want a baby brother so I can play with him." We kiss each other as we kiss both of our kids. A nurse came through the door "The doctor is on his way to see you. He has some instruction for you guys." We say thank you as she closes the door. "Let me take both of you back to grandma and grandpa. I'll be back in a minute." He kissed my forehead as he took both kids back to his parents.

Noah POV

Stefan takes my right hand and I have Valerie in my left arm. We walk to the waiting room as he ran off to mom. She picked him up as Valerie reached for dad. "Is the baby okay?" "Yes, they found a heartbeat. It was a strong heartbeat. The doctor is on his way to talk to us." I walked back to the room to find the doctor already inside the room. "This is my husband Noah Brown." I shook his hand as I took my place next to my wife. "The baby is perfectly healthy. You must remain on bed rest for the rest of your pregnancy." "We are actually leaving for Alaska in the next few weeks. Can she get on a plane?" "Yes, but she must not lift one single piece of luggage or one of your kids." I shook his hand as he stepped out of the room. "I know it will be hard for you but you must stay in bed." "Opening night is in a few days and Blaine's show is in a week, I'll be missing everything." "If you have to miss a few things then so be it. We can get a computer set up for you and it can still be used to talk after the show. You can talk to Blaine before he leaves for his show. It will all be okay. Now let's get you back to the motel so you can rest." I help her get dressed and I took her hand as we make our way to the waiting room.

The whole family stood as they made their way towards us. We hugged each other as we made our way to the motel. Dad had said he had some good news. We made it back as we congregated to their room. "The doctor has cleared me to go home. We will be leaving the day after Blaine's art show." We were all happy to know we would be going home. We had missed just being in the bush. Lacy looked at me as she hugged me. She yawned and I knew I needed to get her to bed. Matt spoke out "Amelia and I need to tell you something also. We are having another baby." More smiled appeared on faces as Amelia made her way to us. "I hope you don't mind being pregnant as the same time." Lacy doesn't say word as she hugged her. "Do you know what you guys are having yet?" "No, we have an appointment next week to find out. What are you having?" "A boy and Matt is very happy." We stepped away from everyone as we made our way to our room. I could tell she was very tired. I open the door for her as she got into bed. I lay down beside her. "We are going home." "I can't wait to be in our bed again. I will really need to clean when we get back." "You will do no such thing. You will stay in bed doctor's orders." She frowned.
